Residenza Favaro  

Sehr schönes Ambiente, ruhig, trotzdem zentral gelegen.

Straßenangaben waren nicht korrekt, es ist im Labyrinth von Venedig ohnehin schwer, nach Karte zu laufen und dann mit Gepäck... könnte verbessert werden!

Die Lage ist hervorragend; außerdem ist das Zimmer sehr ruhig und sauber.

Close to centre of town and reasonably priced, close to transport.

Difficult to find and quite basic. Didn't realise it was just a room/apartment with a bathroom but no internet acess/front desk/kitchen facilities so it was really only a place to sleep.

The room was huge and lovely. It was in a beautiful part of the city.

It was a bit of a pain having to check in at the 'sister' hotel. We had a bit of a run around when we first got there.

Very convenient from the vaporetto. Easy to get to.

As we would have been the only ones staying at Residenza Favaro, we were relocated into a 2 bedroom apartment, with separate lounge room for no additional charge. The apartment was near new and the comfort level was excellent. The location could not be faulted, and with the upgrade it became excellent value for money.

Room was spotlessly clean and in a convenient central location. s Staff very helpful and offered to store luggage while we enjoyed our last day.

No internet and the frigobar did not work very well.

Actually we stayed in hotel Ala, and everything was great!

Hotel was just off the beaten track which mean't that it was peaceful when sleeping. Access to St Marcs Square was great from the hotel location and once we got our bearings finding other surounding areas was not a problem. Room was very clean and fresh and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel was booked as room only which wasn't a problem as we ventured out and found many places to eat if we chose to do so.

On arrival it was very difficult to find if you, as a tourist did not understand the way in which the lanes were addressed. Also as the hotel is located up a very narrow lane it would have been very beneficial to have a sign that was overhanging on the door indicating the hotel's name so that this is visible from the main street when you look down it.

It was extremely clean and in a great location--right near St Marc square, but on a very quiet alley.

I wish there had been a safe available in the room. And it was definitely more of an "apartment rental" situation than it was a hotel (I.E., no front desk staff to help with maps, etc).

Close to the Piazza Sao Marcos and many bus stations that takes to many places in Venice; Room very nice;

There is no breakfast or internet (both are paid) and there is no reception, which is made in other hotel. We requested plate, knife and fork because we bought breakfast and the recepcionist was rude saying " I've never seen something like that".
