Straßenangaben waren nicht korrekt, es ist im Labyrinth von Venedig ohnehin schwer, nach Karte zu laufen und dann mit Gepäck... könnte verbessert werden!

Great central location and well kept room. Very nice staff.

Small but still fictional. Had to carry heavy luggage upstairs to the room. Shower drain very slow and backed up.

This is an excellent location with a budget price, almost in the corner of one of the best and fancy shopping streets in Venice. The room we stayed was quiet, clean, relatively new, no carpets, confortable double bed and a very good and spacious bathroom and shower for the price. Exactly as the pictures show in the site. Although the room had two windows to the street, do not expect a view, for the Calle Pedrozzi is less than two meters wide and all you can see from the inside of the room is the oposite wall of the next building. But it is not claustrofobic, from the windows at least you can see a small rectangle - the corner of Calle 22 di Marzo. Me and my wife stayed for three days and I wish we can come again.

The wifi signal was weak for my Ipad2 but worked fine for my wife's Mac.

Very convenient from the vaporetto. Easy to get to.

Room was spotlessly clean and in a convenient central location. s Staff very helpful and offered to store luggage while we enjoyed our last day.

No internet and the frigobar did not work very well.

Hotel was just off the beaten track which mean't that it was peaceful when sleeping. Access to St Marcs Square was great from the hotel location and once we got our bearings finding other surounding areas was not a problem. Room was very clean and fresh and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel was booked as room only which wasn't a problem as we ventured out and found many places to eat if we chose to do so.

On arrival it was very difficult to find if you, as a tourist did not understand the way in which the lanes were addressed. Also as the hotel is located up a very narrow lane it would have been very beneficial to have a sign that was overhanging on the door indicating the hotel's name so that this is visible from the main street when you look down it.

Close to the Piazza Sao Marcos and many bus stations that takes to many places in Venice; Room very nice;

There is no breakfast or internet (both are paid) and there is no reception, which is made in other hotel. We requested plate, knife and fork because we bought breakfast and the recepcionist was rude saying " I've never seen something like that".

the hotel was in a great location although difficult to find we also used the hotel ala for breakfast which was excelent

very impressed with management. on arrival advised that the room we had booked was not available due to plumbing accident. They had made arrangements to provide us with a 2br apartment which was better than we had booked.No issue about extra charges, and they looked after our luggage on the last day. would certainly recommend them and we will use them again on our next visit, but cannot comment as to the 3br room as did not stay there.

the flat had a kitchen area which was locked but the next time we will book the apartment with the kitchen. given the easter weekend we would have had difficulty finding somewhere else so very impressed wiht management and their ability to find an alternative for us.

Location is very convenient, close to Piazza San Marco. Rooms are clean. Staffs are helpful.

As there's no reception in this hotel, we have to go to another hotel nearby for check-out. A little bit inconvenient for that.
