サンマルコ広場、ヴァポレットの乗場から5分位です。トリプルを利用しましたが部屋が工夫してあるので広く感じました。バスタブはありませんがバスルームはとても清潔。 ホテルの場所がわかりづらい（Bvlgariの左の細い路地の左に入口があります）。エレベーターが無い。チェックアウトは近くにある別の建物に行かなくてはいけない。眺望はゼロ。 |

The hotel is difficult to find. The management office is not in the hotel and finding that place with the map is even more difficult. |

Very convenient location. Clean nicely fitted room. Good security with key card entry on front door & room door which was very reliable. Good sized bed but rather hard. Kettle would have been much appreciated. |

The central location. We were only a minute walk from St. Marks Sq The directions to the hotel. It should be written on the directions that the hotel is off the main st. Down 1 of the alleys. Also people should be told that you can get off at the St. Marks stop. It is far easier to find. |

Good room and excellent bathroom. Clean and centrally situated. The manager was courteous and spoke good English: came out to find us when we were having difficulty finding the place. Very difficult to find and check in! No view from window, but then for the price we did not expect one. Had to go to a different building to check in and out. |

size of the room and bathroom were good, enough space for storage and cold storage breakfast is not provided, basic things such as tea kettle, iron and hair dryer should be provisioned in the room |

The location was excellent. Not much of a view out our window, but the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We didn't get to stay in Rez Favaro, but stayed at a "sister" hotel a short walk away. I'm not sure why we were moved, but it worked out fine. I would definitely consider staying there again in the future. The hotel was pricey, but then as we found our, that's Venice! For the price, it would have been good to have breakfast included, but it wasn't. Also, we thought there was going to be a lift in the hotel, but alas.... |

Location and price. Clean room. Very thin ceilings or floor upstairs and would hear footsteps and people talking all the time from the room above ours and we we're always awakened by it especially early in the morning. |
