Good room and excellent bathroom. Clean and centrally situated. The manager was courteous and spoke good English: came out to find us when we were having difficulty finding the place. Very difficult to find and check in! No view from window, but then for the price we did not expect one. Had to go to a different building to check in and out. |

size of the room and bathroom were good, enough space for storage and cold storage breakfast is not provided, basic things such as tea kettle, iron and hair dryer should be provisioned in the room |

The location was excellent. Not much of a view out our window, but the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We didn't get to stay in Rez Favaro, but stayed at a "sister" hotel a short walk away. I'm not sure why we were moved, but it worked out fine. I would definitely consider staying there again in the future. The hotel was pricey, but then as we found our, that's Venice! For the price, it would have been good to have breakfast included, but it wasn't. Also, we thought there was going to be a lift in the hotel, but alas.... |

Location and price. Clean room. Very thin ceilings or floor upstairs and would hear footsteps and people talking all the time from the room above ours and we we're always awakened by it especially early in the morning. |

Room and location (when you actually find it) were great. Had to check in and out at different places, one was V. hard to find. The key card didn't work and we had to go out of our way to a different hotel to get a new one. This seemed like a common problem. |

It is almost impossible find the hotel, it is imperative to have a map to find the place as it is very hidden and the names and street numbers in Venice is absolutelly with no rule, randomwise |

Our room was very modern but still had a very authentic feel. It was clean and comfortable and in a very good location. The card key system used for the main door and the room door was not great, it often took several atempts with the card to get the door to open, this was a bit worrying at night as the hotel does not have any staff after 6pm. But thankfully the keys did work after a few attempts. |

Its in a great Location, within walking distance to every where. Bathroom was clean and fairly spacious. The price was also good for expensive Venice. We had a small problem with our TV and when I called to tell them about it, they said there was nothing they could to do now and hung up! It did get resolved the next day, but I had to ask again. It is hard to find at first. Their sister Hotel is on the left just has you get off the Boat.I wen straight there and they arranged for the conceirge to meet us |
