Этот отель-даже не отель в привычном понимании,а отель-номеров (открыв входную дверь-вы попадаете на лестничную клетку,которая ведёт Вас к размещённым на трёх этажах,комнатам).Все внутренние помещения (включая,естественно,и номера)-полностью кондиционированны,комнаты на хорошем уровне, хотя и небольшие,имеется холодильник.Местоположение отеля-превосходное (метров 200 от площади Сан-Марко) Было бы неплохо (хотя я понимаю,что это нереально)-встроить лифт,нам отсутствие лифта не мешало,но,предполагаю,что имеются люди,для которых это большой недостаток. |

Понравилась удобство расположения вблизи от площади Сан Марко и внутренний интерьер отеля По причине отсутствия завтрака в отделе предусмотреть возможность хотябы выпить чашку кофе или чая. Это не так трудоемко и затратно, а для гостей приятно. Не повредит и наличие интеренета (выделенной линии или Wi Fi) |

Location was really great! Just 5 minutes walk to San Marco and 5 minutes to Giglio vaporetto station. We also liked that it was kinda duplex, everything was new and clean. First of all, they mentioned the wrong address on the site - "San Marco 2259", but it's completely wrong! When we tried to find it on Google Maps, it showed us different location. Then, minus is that there was no elevator and we lived in the upper room. The 3rd minus is with electricity. One day it turned off and when we call to reception they told, that by law we can't turn on our lap-top (WTF?). |

Its in a great Location, within walking distance to every where. Bathroom was clean and fairly spacious. The price was also good for expensive Venice. We had a small problem with our TV and when I called to tell them about it, they said there was nothing they could to do now and hung up! It did get resolved the next day, but I had to ask again. It is hard to find at first. Their sister Hotel is on the left just has you get off the Boat.I wen straight there and they arranged for the conceirge to meet us |
