“ Everything. It is a very unique boutique type hotel. The entrance alone is quite impressive. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpfull. The location relative to the river, bridges and Duomo area was excellent. Parking was right next to the hotel. ”

Value for money for a decent room in an excellent location. Old water trapped in airconditioner is dirty and stagnant and breeding mosquitoes.

We loved it. The hotel was very clean, and the family running the business were very warm and welcoming, very very friendly. The breakfast selection was not much but was just enough. The location was great, a short walk from the station and walking distance to everything. The bathroom is small, and the hotel needs an outside sign, we had a hard time finding it at night.

Our experience at Residenza Fiorentina was one that we will remembered as Gina and her staff give you a true warm welcome, was caring and interest in our needs while we stayed there. Truly made you feel like home...The extra special Anniversary treat from the staff was a great surprise...The location is great, the rooms are big and bright and the breakfast is truly a breakfast. We for sure will be booking on our next trip! Nothing

Very friendly staff. Hotel is conveniently located near shopping and historic sites. Very small room, not much room for a couple with 2 suitcases. Shower stall is very small. Advertised as free wifi, but it is only available in the cafeteria. For 175 / euros per night, I expected a little more room.

Hotel and Room were very clean.Dario was just wonderful, very helpful with suggestions for great restaurants. He always took the time to draw a map. We loved the city of Florence and would love to return.

Good for it's price point, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Looks like a family-run business, but very professional and organized. Everything looked very new. Although the hotel does have internet, the signal is so weak as to make it unusable, even if standing near the router, so the internet access here clearly needs an improvement.

A clean comfortable hotel on the upper floors of a town house. Very conveniently located in easy walking distance from both Santa Maria Novella station and the city centre. Friendly family run and highly recommended.

Great and plentiful breakfast, fresh and very varied (sweet and salty). Rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Location is great, very near to the Arno river. Very good value for money! we'll come back! A bit of noisy street on Saturday's (ask for a room with a window to the back garden if you're looking for good night's sleep during the weekend)

Room was very nice. The ladies working at the front desk were polite and very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. It was an amazing location in Florence- About a 5-10 min walk from the train station and the bridges! Amazing visit! The wi-fi was spotty and was only accesible in the food area (and often didn't work there). One male who worked there who was not pleasant most of the time.

The staff was very friendly & very helpful the breakfast was fantastic There was no sign of the hotel which was very confusing. I stayed more than one hour searching for it & it was just nearby. The TV allways opens automatically at 6 am
