The Hotel is situated in the historic center of town a few steps away from the Fortezza da Basso conference hall and convention center, and from the train station.

Centrally located in Florence, B&B San Remigio is a 5-minute walk from Piazza della Signoria. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms featuring exposed-beam ceilings.

Just 215 yards from Santa Maria Novella Station, Hotel Jolì is in a early 19th-century building in Florence’s center. A buffet breakfast with hot and cold food is served daily in the breakfast hall.

Sorry but for this price it was horrible. One table and one piece of ham for all the guests together at breakfast. Never again.
transportation to town recomendations of good restaurants in the area by David
very pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff - was very helpful and charming
nothing possible improvements: the reticle to window in the bathroom, would prevent clumsy guests to take in the flying crocodile - Mosquito, what drinks half their bloodstream :)
This is a house apartment at 5th floor of a building quite close (20 mins) of Florence attraction center. Not the best room you can get in Florence, but it is fair at this price. We stayed for one night, would not recommend for mode than sleeping over night; forget other things you can do inside.
Lack of parking places (one downstairs, but 30E a day and close pay parking with 1.5E/hour but full al the time except for late evening - for location ask the owner). Be prepared to fight mosquitos or you will face a sleepless night.
The room was excellent! I've never seen such a lovely room in Florence. And besides, is clean and really quiet. You need to walk for 10-15mins to reach the central of the city, though it's the good area to relax after sightseeing and to sleep well. The owner is friendly and gave me enough useful information. I'd love to book again and stay more days! It was a really comfortable. Thank you;)
Check in was swift, efficient and friendly. Nice stay. Free Wifi.
Parking was 20 Euros for one night in a garage next door.
Very nice room, tidy and clean. Pretty spacious. With a garden as well.
We arrived an hour after the check in deadline and we waited for 30 min in front of the door with notification of arriving around 9.p.m and at a price of 20 euro. There was no introduction of the city and hotel location until our inquiry on the next morning. What's more, shampoo and shower gel are not replaced on the second day. From our point of view, the attitude of the manager is not as warm as the other Italian householders we have met.
We liked the balcony, the room was nice, it is a quiet place on the 5th floor, the breakfast was good compaired to other italian B&Bs, David was helpfull.
The entrance gives you a crowded feeling. Lots of objects within a small space and dark brown colors of the furniture. The place where breakfast was served is in the central area where it is already crowded. David is a nice guy but very serious, he could smile a little bit more once in a while.
nice room staff speeks english excellent wlan
breakfirst was not the ever best, but OK. It just might be nicer to have breakfirst in town
Rooms looking nice with lot of space. Reception guy always trying to be helpful.
For 2 nights everything was just fine
- terrace with nice view - friendly staff
- parking EUR 20/per night - location on the very busy street - poor Wi-Fi in the common area only - mosquitos - the fridge is not working (minimum reached temperature +20°C)
The host is very unfriendly I not happy when I stayed there. The location is in the middle of nowhere.
The room was spacious & clean . The air conditioner worked well and the option of a fan also. Great balcony for a nice view. Wifi worked well. Good value for location
The bathroom sink was clogged & was the only real downside
Eveything. It was warm, cozy and serene. We had a bit of difficulty finding the place but it ended up to be a treasure. A beauty tucked discretely. :)
The owner, Dave, who speaks perfect English and really knows the city, makes the stay here well worth the room rate. Seems like he is always there, and eager to attend to your every need. He even sent me to a local doctor when I asked about one. Really great guy.
location is near to city center, train station and also bus station from where the buses drive to the Florence airport
My room was nice, I was very satisfied with it, I had also balcony. But room was orientated to a road which was quite noisy.
Place was lovely, felt like home. Could do with bigger signage outside
The owner is friendly and polite.
The location is kind of far from most of the tourist point, it will walk likely 25 mins to get center, 15 mins from train station. If you walk with luggage and during summer time, it's hard work. After whole day walking outside, it was very tired to walk back to this B&B. we booked 3 nights and they didn't clearn the room on first day cos we get out late around 11am. there is no kettle in the room so we can't make any tea of coffee, they dont' provide the shampoo or shower gel after first day.
Beautiful view of the city from our balcony and incredibly friendly staff.
Only negative was bad mosquito issue if you leave the balcony door open.
David is a superb host. He was able to make reservations for us at the last minute for several sights my wife was afraid we would miss out on.
Location is a 10 minute walk from the heart of the city center but this is not necessarily a drawback as it was quiet in the evenings.
David was very kind and helpful. He gave us information about travelling and staying in Florence. It is very close to the central station and the centre. Nice view to Florence.
Room, balcony, David's help and info. Feeling like "home". Walking distance from City Center about 1 - 2 km. Nice Restaurants and Trattorias very near.
Two noisy and hard traffic streets to walk over before entering the City Center.
It is very well attended. It' s a familiar place. Near the Bus station. Ten minutes walking. It' s a warm place. All is well I will return there.
I really enjoyed my stay at Residenza Giulia. I needed a quiet place to stay for 5 nights, and this B&B was perfect! It is well located, only a 10 minute walk away from Firenza SM Novella train station and is in a quiet residential area, so you won't be bothered by traffic or noise at all! It is on the 5th floor, but there is a lift so very convenient. The room was very very spacious, with a good AC and a lovely little private balcony outside. Wi-fi was excellent, which I really needed so I was very happy that I had good internet speed. The owner, David was very kind and helpful and even let me stay in my room until well after check-out time! I had asked if I could wait for a couple of hours in the lobby and David said I could stay in my room until the housekeeper arrived and finished cleaning all other rooms.. This was such a nice gesture from him!
It is a bit expensive, and if I did not have funding that covered my travel and accommodation expenses, I wouldn't have been able to afford to stay here. But I don't mean to say that it isn't worth it, the room and everything else was perfect..
We were greeted cordially by the host. She helped us with the bus numbers and location of the required visits. The room was clean, specially the washroom and the balcony added an extra surprise....
