this hotel is very comfortable. rooms are bright and spacious. bathrooms are very clean. the hotel owner mr david is very cooperative and he personally looks at customer comfort. breakfast is just basic but it is satisfactory. outside view from room is very good from balcony. will definately come next time.

The bathroom is not planned very well, the shower is tiny; thin walls.

The location was goo, for it was not too close to Santa Maria Novella and a bit away from the historacal centre, thus there were not that many people in the neighbourhood, but still it took us not more than 20 minutes on foot to get to all the places of interest. The breakfast was really very good, the host was friendly and spoke very good English. We could find all the necessary booklets and maps on the reception. Also the room had a balcony and we used to have supper there.

The bed was not good for me and I had pain in the back after the first night, though my husband said for him the bed seemed quite ok.

The location is good, near to the train station and the center of the city, it is clean and all services we need are available, the best thing is that we can have our breakfast at the room balcony, and there was a very good advice about where to go in Florence, we felt at home

It's very lovely hotel, which is situated nearby to the center, railway station and bus station.The rooms in the hotel are spacious and bright with a nice view of Florance. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable people, who are always ready to help u and do everything to make your staying at Residenza Giulia comfortable.

close to the city center, very friendly and helpful owner, room with aircondition, fan and fridge, very clean and comfortable, bathroom a little bit old fashioned, don't expect to much about the breakfast - it's italian style

the owner was very knowledgeable regarding info about Firenze, he also helped us with reservation of several tickets for entrance to museums, which helped a lot we discovered later as we could jump the (long) waiting lines!

the bathroom was a bit too small to have a comfortable shower and in general with little space. unfortunate the breakfast was with only pre- packed/produced products which made it a bit poor... café was good though

The room was very comfortable and the proprietor was extremely helpful and friendly. It was also nice and quiet.

It was a little involved to get into the building and eventually our section. The location was quite a distance from the main activities.

Home atmospher, helpfull staff

The whole place was cosy, quiet and felt just like home. We were given a room that was very big and could have comfortably slept a family of 4. Both room and toilet were clean and well maintained everyday. The view from the balcony was awesome, and though it could have been noisy from the roads, the doors shut out the noise very well. The host, David, was very friendly and welcoming. He shared with us on places that we could visit and told us how we could get to certain places and locations - the tourist information didn't even provide as good a piece of advice. Having met a number of Italians who couldn't speak good English, David's command of English and helpfulness was truly a blessing for us. As for breakfast, it was good and could easily compare to that in the other hotels that we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Italy. You can just order from a list of menu and have what you want so long as it's available. :)

Residenza Giulia is handily placed for the centre of the city which is within walking distance. It is very well priced. The facilities are clean. It was helpful having a terrace outside the room.

If you are travelling during the day make sure you are there before 9 as there is no one on the premises after 9.30

La stanza molto spaziosa e pulita, con vista su Firenze. Posizione molto vicina alla stazione ed il centro dista solo 20 minuti a piedi. Consigliato

Kamer en badkamer waren ruim. faciliteiten op de kamer prima, airconditioning, van en koelkastje. Ook de lift was zeer welkom na een lange dag lopen. balkon waar je je ontbijt mocht nuttigen.

Ontbijt was enigszins summier. Maar wel werd er op mijn verzoek kaas gehaald! Dus eigenlijk weer klasse.

房间非常大，一张双人床+一张单人床，住3个人都没问题，有阳台，物超所值，唯一不爽的就是 你第一次去估计很难找，一定要找那个门牌号，你看不到任何招牌，因为这是一家B&B，电梯只能容纳- 下2个人，在5楼，估计也就几个房间吧。

La chambre est vaste avec un petit balcon équipé de sièges et d'une table. La literie est bonne, tout est propre, très silencieux, le petit déjeuner est agréable et bien approvisionné, les gérants sont très chaleureux et serviables.

La salle de bain était de bonne proportions mais la douche était un peu petite mais rien de dramatique.
