Excellent service by the front desk right from the reservation date, breathtaking views, absolutely romantic and private, you have your rich breakfast (almost full board) ready in the fridge for the other day, so you don't need to get up early, like in some hotel. 10/10 |

Great flexibility of staff: we arrived to check in at 23:00, and we were very kindly received. The availability of a kitchen in the apartment, very handy when you don't want to go to restaurants twice a day. Great apartments, great views, great location, great building. A handy free boat shuttle service just outside the building - managed by the Hilton hotel. Great value for money. Only advise: if you want to listen to some music, bring with you not only your ipod but also a docking station, strangely missing in the apartments. |

The location was excellent with a view of Venice from both the bedroom and the kitchen. It was handy to be able to get a free shuttle boat from the island to the centre of Venice, St. Mark's Square. It was nice to find the fridge in the apartment pretty well stocked. The whole set up was very suitable for families with children who struggle to stay in hotels. An apartment with a kitchen meant you could stay in for meals. Maybe a little on the expensive side for November. €340 for two nights, although the apartment was spacious, tastefully furnished and the location was very special. |

Very nice location, helpful staff and a good choice to get away from the noisy of mainland Venezia but very convenient shuttle boat ( 20m) to go to St. Marco. |

the view most of all (better from what you see in the pictures), the kitchen was fully equiped and everything you need for breakfast is provided in the room every morning. Coffe machine and coffe is also provided in the room. the room is really spacious. The Hilton boat is really helpful but uncomfortable during rush hours. |

The staff, the service and the facility were all beyond our expectations. The breakfast supplies were well replenished and of good quality. The apartment had a great view and met our sleeping requirements. The shuttle boat was not always reliable, especially at night when we were eager to get our children back to the hotel. On the 31st of July, the 21:30 (San Marco) shuttle boat actually left at 9:20, leaving many passengers waiting until the 22:00 boat arrived, because of this, the boat was overcrowded, with many passengers actually having to sit on the floor of the boat. Over the phone we were told there would be eggs available for breakfast and there were not. |

space of the appartment (one bed room) is excellent and has every thing you need espicially family. location is perfect in the enterance of Vinece and beside Helton. there is boat service to take you free to San Marco every one hour. I recommend this hotel TV is very small maybe it will be better to have big LCD 42" TV in this buitfull property |

Magnificent appartment with stunning view on Venice. The free boat shuttle every hour to Zatterre and San Marco was very practical. Quiet area with local restaurants which we found very nice especially after spending the day in the overcrowded Venice center. Although the kitchen was practical and the fridge was filled for the breakfast, you still have to prepare it yourself |

The service offered by the owner &teh staffs of this hotel was exceptionally good. I just asked them where the washing machine was & they went ahead and washed our entire clothes for us. They were amazingly helpful.Their staff Ms.Giovanna was just a great girl in terms of assisting. A fantastic place to stay. The bathroom did not have a lock. But, after seeing their excellent service I did not feel like complaining to them. |

Fantastic apartment! Located on the Guidecca island just off the south of Venice. Free shuttle boat to Venice (10 minute ride). Luxurious apartment with all possible facilities, air conditioned, beautifully furnished, majestic high ceilings, wooden beams, room made up everyday, breakfast included. Once in a while the free shuttle boat gets too full and one cannot cross over to Venice unless you pay for the usual boat service. |

the apartment was very conveniently located - near enough to the buzz and yet quite and relaxing.the facilities and the extra little touches laid on made our short trip very enjoyable and hopefully in the future we visit venice again I would definately use this facility again - highly recommended! not a single thing I only wished that we had planned into our schedule to spend more time in venice - next time! |

The building was impressive. The apartment was gorgeous, comfortable, beautiful, clean, spacious, breathtaking view. The staff was very helpful, flexible and friendly, they went out of their way to make the stay memorable. Absolutely nothing to complain about. |

The perfect hotel for visiting Venice. Free shuttle (10 mins to St Marks)meant we could select the crowds of Venice or the peace and tranquility of our Island when it pleased us. Quiet, luxurious and all things considered (breakfast, child cot, free shuttle) a reasonable price. |

Personal reception by Luca was appreciated. The apartment was complete and comfortable, the breakfast excellent. Location is very good and allows you to go into the city within 15-20 minutes. At night very quiet and close to bus station (2 stops on vaporetto). We enjoyed our stay. |

Interesting history laden location we weren't expecting, since we planned last minute. The owner, Luca, is wonderful and very accommodating. Large beautiful and very comfortable apartment and bathroom that are well appointed in a very quiet area. We rested better there then any other place of our 6 week holiday. You will not be disappointed, I promise. Nothing at all. :) |
