La facilidad para desplazarte hacia la plaza San Marco o a Zattere, el hotel dispone de su propio servicio gratis. La habitación muy bien equipada y muy amplia. La amabilidad del personal. |

El emplazamiento, las vistas, la decoración, la amplitud, la comodidad de las camas y tranquilidad de la zona. Pasamos unos días estupendos en la Residenza. El vapporetto del Hilton funcionaba muy bien. El desayuno, que a pesar de que facilitaban lo necesario, había que preparárselo. Hubiesemos preferido desayuno convencional. Difícil llegada a pesar de que fuimos en taxi. |

The apartment was well appointed, well situated, quiet and comfortable. We chose it because of the good reviews given on your web-site and were very satisfied. There was nothing we didn't like. However, we would have preferred brown bread as opposed to white sliced bread for breakfast |

Personal e-mail contact after booking, with useful information on how to get to the residenza. Beautiful appartment, top floor, wonderful views, very high standard of comfort and cleanliness. It was very convenient to be able to use the Hilton private launch to the main island. Excellent service and friendly staff. We will return, it was such a memorable and pleasant experience. |

Very nice room with a good Venice view - clean, plenty of space - excellent overall. Apts are next door to Hilton hotel which (while expensive) serves very good food & drink and is convenient. A 15 min boat trip away from main Venice attractions - this limits flexibility of going back to room during the day. |

I loved the market by the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was very nice and quiet. It is was relaxing to leave the crowd and come "home" to a relaxing place. It would be nice to know about the transfer from vaperetto to the hotels provided boat. The bridges are a bit difficult to climb with heavy luggage. |

This is a great place to stay. It was very easy to get to and has a beautiful view of Venice. Giudecca is very peaceful, which provides a nice break from the crowds. The Residenza provided very spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms, a fully equipped kitchen complete with food for breakfast. The entire apartment was spotless and the free boat rides from the Hilton to central Venice were great. There is nothing about it that we didn't like, but it does lack an internet connection for guests. This is easily accommodated by stopping at the internet cafe next to the Palanca boat dock. |
