You can find everything you need in those apartments. There is plenty of silence around and nothing disturbs you. Good positioning, only one kilometer from Piazza San Carlo.
Sofa bed is not so comfortable and bed linen changing costs extra.
good location, very quiet
no access possible before 16h00, no breakfast facility, whereas the room price is equivalent to a night in a hotel of same class
The apartment was very clean with new bathroom and kitchen facilities. The owner was very friendly. The apartment was very well situated.
The kitchen did not have a Microwave oven or Kettle, and the sofa -bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. There is no parking available at the apartment, and the closest available parking was in a restricted zone - which can become quite expensive if you are driving by car and plan to stay for a few days.
The ideal situation, downtown The place was calm (located in a courtyard). The flat was very well equiped Welcoming person
Very good location with easyli walking distance to the cultural centre of the city as well as to the river and the park area. The apartment seems like a little oasis when stepping from the outside of one of the main and busy street.
Kitchen equipent in terms of crockery and cuttlery is somewhat spartan / basic. There is no kettle to boil water for tea or coffee - all hot water is boiled in a pan on the gas stove. Bathroom is just that with little else such as - no soap or any other "little luxuries" found in hotels of a comparable cost per night
Very very clean and new apartment. Very spacious and quiet.
The bed is very soft and not a real matress so very bad if you have a week back! We can hear everything happening in the courtyard in the morning.
Decent size appartment, recently refurbished- delicious patisserie next door for breakfast
Uncomfortable sofa bed - unfortunately a decent appartment is let down by an inadequate sofa bed - very soft mattress and could feel the springs. Not sure of function of sofa bed- perhaps best to replace with decent double bed and mattress.
Not a comfortable bed, actually is a sofa bed (or futon). No shampoo, no service at all, not cleaning of the room while I was staying. I would call it a no-bed-no-breakfast-no-service kind of place. Very poor quality/price relationship. The worst place I have ever stayed.Avoid it!!!!
Very quite, clean, warm, central, close to transportation
The size of the studio
Instead of a comfortable bed there was only a pull-out sofa bed of very poor quality. Unsupportive base and very thin worn mattress. This was the only 'double' bed. Cannot believe a hotel room without a proper bed. Extremely uncomfortable! The bathroom was a decent size, very clean and modern but only a small shower cubicle.
Brand new Spacious rooms Comfortable beds Close to the center Quiet
location , service ,clean also bathingroom
the beds were not so good ,please improve the quality of the beds , then this will be a perfect place to stay !!
Home away from home for my family and I thanks to Maria, the concierge. Different setting. The residenzia is close to everything you need to see in Torino. Shoppings, panetteria, negozio, ristorante... Just around the corner on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. For gelato and chocolate lovers, don't forget to include a visit of Venchi ice cream shop on Via Garibaldi not too far. Grazie mille Maria...
We arrived earlier, than thought and called the telnumbers by the gate. The lady who answered, could just a little english, but immediately another lady called us back and spoke fluent english and arranged for us to meet the first lady to get the keys. We understood each other face to face perfectly ( italian+ english+ signs) and she was very friendly. Stylish and cosy, quiet apartment. Easy accessible by public transport, very close to sights in the old town. Perfect for us!
That type of sofabed was quite light as the only bed and therefore the mattress felt a little thin (even though we are of normal weight).
It was clean, nice, big, clean and the location it was also very quiet
the fact that the cleaning fee was not clearly advertise in the booking
There was no laundry facilities.
very comfortable and quiet apartment.
Not very easy to find without a GPS.
Excellent location, very clean self-catering apartments, quiet area because the residence is tucked away in a backyard. Good transports and good wi-fi connection. Be aware that the reception is not 'manned' 24/7 and it is necessary to fix a meeting with them to get the keys: they are around from time to time, but essentially you are on your own all the time (this is not evident from the web page). This is not an apart hotel, rather a renovated historic building with several apartments for short duration rental, managed at the distance, and some very kind and helpful workers that are coordinating the arrivals. Supermarkets and cafeterias are all at walking distance. I will definitely consider this place again for myself, and recommend it to colleagues on business trips to Turin.
It wasn't clear to me that the phone number provided was a mobile phone, and I had some extra costs associated. The response time from the booking people were a bit slow, despite receiving confirmation from Booking.com; the description that the reception closes at 20:00 and after that it is charged at extra costs is also misleading. Because of this, I was about to cancel the booking with them and go for an alternative, more expensive and probably less appealing location! The mattress on the sofa bed is bit worn out, uneven, and one feels the springs: it should be changed because it is really uncomfortable. I mentioned this to the ladies there and hopefully the owners will take action: I don't see why a residence on a perfect location, that delivers an otherwise perfect service should affect their reputation at the minimal cost of a mattress. This was already indicated by somebody else in the reviews.
It was a nice and well equipped apartment not too far from the central railway station.
There is no reception at the hotel.
Fantastic apartment with all commodities. Very comfortable. We loved it.
