I like the hotel, Nice staff good breakfast (esp. For Italians) however the best motivator to choose the hotel is the location! Pure and simple it is hard to get it so central!! Good choice
Breakfast was exceptional - the only hotel I've stayed in with honey on the comb; wide variety, fresh fruit
Very small room
Lovely hotel in a lovely neighborhood. Room was clean and comfortable--bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We walked to Vatican City and the Colosseum from our hotel--and a short walk to Piazza Navona for dinner in the evening.
noisy; if a hotel will charge this much, they should at least invest in sound-proofing. It's not that expensive to do.
The hotel staff, behind the desk and housekeeping, was excellent and most helpful in an emergency.
Location! Breakfast is ok, but could be a bit better. Room is ok, shower is ok. Staff is very friendly.
Breakfast could be a bit better. And one night there was nobody opening the door... After 20 min waiting, some calls we finally found someone to open the door.
The hotel has a traditional Italian decor. The atmosphere feels very Italian. The street is very quiet but there are plenty good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The location is excellent. You can feel relaxed and at home there.
I would expect better quality of brekfast in such hotel.
Friendly staff Location Quiet night (environment)
noise isolation (in-between rooms) value for money
Excellent location for exploring Rome, beautiful decorations with intersting paintings and drawings which makes it different and "cosy", friendly and helpful staff.
great location, excellent breakfasts, friendly staff, beautiful rooftop terrace
WIFI a bit sketchy in rooms
Surprisingly reasonable rate, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, quiet room with good bathroom.
Rude staff and totally uncaring Poor breakfast Small rooms Air conditioning was poor Uncomfortable bed Shower locked my 5 year old inside with hot water on Room door locked half the time No view from the best room Roof garden had no view or drinks A 2 star hotel with 4 star prices
Excellent personnel, helpful and courteous, Elegance, comfort, variety of breakfast, location, ease of walking to historic sites, ease of public transportation, quiet side street yet in historic center
The attention to detail in this hotel was amazing. Our room was good, very clean and quiet and to be able to have the window open all night was a added bonus. The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best we have had...all in all a most enjoyable stay
The rooms were beautiful. The dinning room was quaint. The breakfasts were outstanding. The outside wasn't much to look at but the inside was truly lovely.
You are staying right in the middle of ancient Rome. All the big sights are within walking distance. Excellent breakfast and a very kind and helpfull staff.
The room was a bit dark with insufficient lightning.
Good hotel very good staff Close to restaurants and bars but in a quiet location. But very handy for transport
Close to all of the action, yet down a side street with peace and quiet. -- Walking distance to all the must see and do. -- We had unexpected mobility issues that dissolved with the help of the staff. -- Breakfast is vast and varied. -- Decor is interesting.
Tricky to get to by car, use a taxi
Comfortable bed and good breakfast and the location couldn't be better as just off Piazza Farnese and Campo D'Fiori area. Lovely rooftop terrace though it wasn't open after sundown for "insurance purposes"
No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had a triple room which was supposed to have been an "upgrade". The bathroom was far too small to accommodate 3 people. Poor bar service and some of the staff could have been a little more friendly.
BREAKFASTS HELPFUL & COURTEOUS STAFF
Location great and staff most helpful in every request. Breakfast was great for Europe. Good clean rooms with good a/C.
Great location, friendly reception, good choice at breakfast & very clean bedroom
Very small bathroom facilities
Location is outstanding. Nice breakfast included each day. Hotel is well decorated but could use an upgrade.
Walls are paper thin so forget about resting in the afternoons when staff are talking and banging doors in the halls, or at night if you're unlucky to get loud neighbors. Staff were distant and indifferent for the most part. Not my idea of 4 stars.
Helpful, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, great location and charming furnishings!
