These are very minor as I would absolutely stay here again!
The floors are all marble and the doors heavy, so there are lots of echos or sound traveling in the hallways from doors heavily closing.
It's difficult to find, but if you follow the other reviews or speak to the hotel, it is not so difficult--more like an adventure! Know that it is in an apartment building/residence, and the sign is very small and a bit high up. Check the directions ahead and don't let this deter you.
The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful with all our questions, even making reservations for us at a museum. The room was spotlessly clean, and our room was relatively quiet. The afternoon drink and snack offering was a thoughtful surprise. The cafe across the street is really good--sandwiches and gelato, espresso and breakfast. We didn't have a chance for the breakfast, but I wish we'd tried it. The hotel breakfast is quite good. There are fried eggs, cold meats, fruit, cereal and yogurt. One thing changes each day which kept it interesting, not boring same breakfast. Highly recommend!!!
