Residenza In Farnese    

Great location, very pleasant and helpful staff, clean rooms, breakfast with a large variety of options from meat to yogurt to warm pastries and everything in between.

Rooms are a bit outdated.

A nice small hotel. Great location and wonderful staff, especially Francesca and Irene. We will return to this hotel in our next trip to Rome.

1. Airconditioning works only from June, even though high temperatures during day and night in April. 2. Low water pressure in the shower.

This Hotel is very comfortable. It is within walking distance of all the interesting sites, and restaurants and Shops are all nearby. I look forward very much to my return.

Good location.

Hotel is over rated on booking.com, room is old and need maintenance including the old tv. Room (double room) is so small, I have to stored my luggages inside the free-standing wardrobe. Hear every sound made from nearby rooms and corridor. Definitely not a 4 stars standard hotel. I am frequent traveller and have much better experience with other real 4 stars hotels.

We love the location and the traditional decor in the hotel.

The reception area needs to be refurbished because it looks tired and worn especially the carpet.

Was a great place to stay in the city. Walking distance to all major sites

Private parking was available on site and a 24 hour English speaking front desk clerk.

There is a limited vehicle area (ZTL) located just before arriving at the hotel. If we had arrived on a regular day and not a holiday, we would have had to pay an extra charge just to access the hotel by car.

I stayed at Residenza in Farnese second times because I like location of this ALBERGO, stuff, services and nice breakfast, design of the hotel.

I was very pleased with the location and the accomodations. Our rooms were clean and ours overlooked the street. The staff, especially Lorenzo and Francesca went out of their way to assist us with travel and met all our needs. They advised us what to see and where to go for short day trips on the train. The taxi was there to meet us within 4 minutes . The breakfast room was beautiful and the food was excellent each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return some day.

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel also the very well presented breakfast, that sets you up for the day ahead.

For Roma city center the location is amazing
