Residenza In Farnese  

A localização é muito boa. Café da manha muito bom também.

Os clientes tem que ter cuidado com uma coisa fundamental. Quando contratei o quarto pela internet, era uma acomodação bonita, um quarto razoavelmente grande e confortável. Chegando de noite, nos colocaram em um quarto muito ruim, sem janela, com um vidro opaco que nao deixava ver o exterior (nem sabíamos se existia nesse quarto um espaço exterior). Quando me queixei com a mulher do atendimento na entrada do hotel, ela foi grossa e fria, falando que nao podia resolver o problema porque estava lotado, e que veria a possibilidade de alguma mudança dias depois. Foi desagradável, e imagino que acontece bastante nesse hotel. Os clientes desprevenidos tem que ficar de olho com isso, e insistir nos próprios direitos reclamando o quarto adequado que tinha sido reservado e pago. Fora disto, o demais funcionou relativamente bem.

Super cafona e cheio de enfeites. Sujo,paredes cobertas de pó,lustres empoeirados,cortinas sujas. Estofados em péssimo estado.

The rooms are good size for Rome central and the location is very good; can walk to many sites and restaurants.

When we arrived , we were not allowed to check in. Hotel said a water problem , however, I believe they overbooked and did not want to admit that. We booked 4 nights, but the first night we were placed in another, lesser quality hotel on a busy street in front of a bus stop. We were told that Residenza Farnese would pay for the first night and we would only pay for the 3 of the 4 nights. When we checked out, the hotel clerk insisted that we pay for all 4 nights. Therefore, I question the hotel's integrity.

location is great breakfast nice room nice, not so big but not small very clean staff very welcome

generally it was great except the internet service which according to our voucher it was supposed to cost 0.5 euro per hour but in fact it is 10 euro per day. as we needed only 1 or 2 hours a day, it can be considered as very expensive at the end we haven't been charged for that however i think internet must be free or symbolic charge it is unfair to charge per 24 hours while it is very clear that you can use it for only 1 or 2 hours

We liked the traditional Italian decor very much, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, and the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel generally. The street was quiet also and the location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting the sites and dining in the evening. We loved La Quercia Restaurant which was very close by. It had a great local feel to it and the food was excellent.We would both definitely stay there next time we're in Rome.

The female receptionist on the last morning was indifferent and bored looking but apart from that all the other staff were very friendly, very polite and very professional.

Room extremely for even for a single ! The hotel seemed empty so was surprised no offer of un upgrade. !

The hotel was in a great location to hang-out at Campo di Fiori and Piazza Navona. It was easy to walk or bus to attractions. The hotels were large and well-appointed. Breakfast was fantastic.

Some hotel staff were helpful but most seemed bothered or annoyed to assist with restaurant suggestions or other questions. One particular young woman was on the rude side and was patronizing and just very dissappointing customer service. We waited to ask questions when she was not on duty.

It was a comfortable well placed hotel, slightly off the beaten track and so therefore quieter than other hotels but well placed to get to places we needed to. It was very warm but that was good as it was appalling weather for Rome for the last weekend. The staff were very efficient and helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was one of the best ones I've had and was filling and enjoyable. The bar could have done with a bit more choice but it wasn't a big problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Some of the staff were very unfriendly and not very helpful. The hotel advertized wifi but it was only available for extra fees. There was additional room tax payable only in cash.
