We enjoyed our stay although were very disappointed to be placed in an alternative hotel, Tizianu 2 days before our departure from home. We were told it was the same standard as the Farnese which clearly it was not! To be fair the Farnese gave us "the best room in the hotel" when we got there the following morning and a complimentary bottle of wine but the inconvenience of moving hotels on a four day break disrupted our original plans.

Perfect location - city centre, but very quite location on a very quite street. Very close to all sites. Breakfast - ok. Wi-Fi working in the room - that's great! Room not big, but not very small - for a couple it's ok. Plastic cups in the rooms are not acceptable for the 4* hotel. Highly recommending this hotel! останавливались в отеле на 5 ночей. великолепное расположение - до центра , трастевере и ватикана рукой подать - ходили пешком - примерно 15-20 мин не спеша. внутри отель очень уютный и нарядный. персонал очень приветливый и вежливый. есть даже бильярдный стол. номер по размерам не большой, но и не крохотный. стандарт для европейских городов. номера убираются чисто. завтрак стандартный - овощи, фрукты, круассаны, бисквиты, нарезка, хлопья, йогурты. я не любитель набивать по утрам живот едой, поэтому для меня и жены завтрак был достаточным. что по-моему неприемлемо для отеля, который позиционирует себя как 4-звездочный - так это пластиковые стаканчики в номере, как-то это смотрится нелепо. твердо тянет на три с половиной звезды , мне так кажется. но в целом отель отличный, с удовольствием остановились бы в нём ещё раз!

Excellent location, providing easy access to cultural and historical sites in Rome. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The Farnese breakfast is of exceptionally and range.

Small and a bit noisy rooms which tend to become hot at night when airconditioning is off.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access on foot to many of the key sights in Rome. The hotel is also well located for many restaurants and is in a relatively quiet street. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with adequate choice and good quality.

The double room we had was on the small side whilst the twin room which our children occupied was larger and more comfortable. We would have preferred two twin rooms. The pillows were uncomfortably hard.

This hotel was really in the centre of the city and we were able to walk to all the sites. It was very Italian and just off two Piazzas so food and drink were readily available in the evening. Breakfast was a good continental buffet and served over several hours in an elegant breakfast room. The bedroom was stylish and presumably one of the smaller ones but there was plenty of room for two and it again was in a style that reminded you that you were in Italy. The staff were really helpful and could all speak English. A hotewl to return to.

We stayed at a vey difficult time when snow had brought Rome to a standstill, yet the service was just as good, breakfast excellent, as if there had been no problem.

Very well run & friendly atmosphere. We were offered internet access free of charge ! Wow ! nice & unexpected treat ! Great breakfast ! Overall excellent value for money ! We will return !

Inside room, high window - no view, excused due to excellent location ! Orange juice for breakfast was rather a mixture of chemicals and tasted like that ....................there is no excuse for this as after all Italy produces the best oranges worldwide !

generally it was great except the internet service which according to our voucher it was supposed to cost 0.5 euro per hour but in fact it is 10 euro per day. as we needed only 1 or 2 hours a day, it can be considered as very expensive at the end we haven't been charged for that however i think internet must be free or symbolic charge it is unfair to charge per 24 hours while it is very clear that you can use it for only 1 or 2 hours
