Very comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would return.

The room are cleen and comfortable. Coffe and cookies are free. 10-15 minutes from the center.

The staf not in the hotel all the day. They leave above 08:00 pm and in the morning the come above 08:00 am. No parking in the area.

First place, the price was terrific for a room with breakfast in Florence. The staff was kind and tried to be helpful whenever possible. The room was small but very clean and pretty. The young woman who prepares the breakfast and does the cleaning deserves special mention. As a solo traveler, I felt quite safe walking these streets at night - even when they were deserted.

They overbooked and had to put me in a larger room the first night I was there. The woman assumed I would be happy about the larger room, but since it was only for one night, I had to move my belongings into the smaller one the next day. Although they volunteered to help, I found this to be a bit of a frustration, as I had to pack, move and unpack during peak am hours when I could have been out and about. Then, I was a little frustrated because there were no drawers in which to put my clothing in the smaller single room. The staff tried their best to accommodate me by bringing in an extra table, that had one shelf, but who likes looking at their underwear on a shelf every time you go into your room? That being said, the young woman who prepares the breakfast and does the cleaning deserves special mention. I came back to my room one evening, the night before I was leaving and she had folded every item of clothing that was on that table in incredibly neat piles. She made my packing a breeze and I was incredibly grateful. This bed and breakfast is in a quiet neighborhood in Florence and is certainly walking distance to many things, if you are a strong walker. That being said, when I was walking home in the evenings after a day of adventure, it was about 4 blocks further than I wished it was, every day... Up until that point, there were other people on the street and plenty of activity and open stores. I am speaking about distance here, not safety, as I felt extremely safe here and throughout Florence, as a woman, walking alone.

The location was an easy walk to the center of Florence. The value for money was excellent. I appreciated clean towels and a made bed even though this was just a B&B - that was an unexpected treat. They were very helpful with recommendations, directions, etc.

It would have been nice to know the outside of this building was underconstruction. They need to put some rugs/runners down the hallway floors as it can be very noisy if someone comes in late. When checking out, we were told they would hold our bags, but our bags were mistakenly put in someone elses room - we did have some valuables in them and this was a big mix-up. They should put surnames on left luggage to avoid this in the future.

Lovely, clean,and peaceful with classic appointments, the residenza is a good value. The staff, especially Luca, could not be more helpful.A great place to return after the hustle and bustle of Florence.

Liked everything, but it is on the periphery of the old city, so one must be prepared to walk a bit to the sights. That is what helps make it quiet when one returns.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very cozy and design of the room had character, breakfast was included and the free snacks/cake and coffee/tea set outside the corridor during the afternoon was a delightful treat! The concept of giving keys from the gate, main door of the building, main door of the residenzia to your room makes you feel you are actually living in Florence. Really loved my stay in this b&b.

You should be aware that it is a facility in an old apartment. It is very clean and comfortable. There is a self laundry service very near. If you are on Firenze for city trip, this is one of the good places you can stay.

Everything - the breakfast, the hard bed, the tea and food facilities available 24 hrs.

It is very special especially the service. There are renovations going on but these didn't really impact. It can be noisy outside but then it is a city. Hotels are now saying their systems are down another want cash. There should be a sign about this and formal receipts provided.

We got an excellent service from this B&B. We were guided as to where to park the car, to what's the best gelato place in town, and even which are the best places to visit during our stay in Florence. Even though this B&B is in an old building is so well preserved and with a charming character.

The breakfast was very poor. The bed was a bit hard.

The shower stall was tiny but that was no big deal.

The location is excellent, quite near most of the famous landscapes such as the duomo of flower, the academia gallery, and the Uffici etc. Surrounded by restraunts and shops, i found it quite a place for travel and living.

The bathroom is too small, with a shower cubicle no larger than 1/4 square meter. I'm afraid it can't fit in a plus size grow-up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in what is a wonderful example of an authentic Florence residence. The staff were exeptionally helpful, guiding us to all relevant sights and the more typical areas of 'authentic' Florence. Definately would return here and would definately recommend to fellow travellers.

It's quiet location.

It was difficult to find from street level.

It is inside a flat, but very very nice. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Really near the Duomo, and quiet place. We asked for the room 6 (I believe was the room 6...) and was a higher price, but they gave us lower price like the reserved one because we had a little 1 year old child and we needed a bigger bathroom. Good internet connection and breakfast. Nice people around!

Nothing special... Maybe the noise of the fan in the bathroom with switching on the light.. But nothing special as said.

Felt like a real slice of Florentine life-- surrounded by locals, quiet street, great staff. The rooms and common areas are decorated comfortably and everything is clean and well-maintained. Great hot water and mini fridge in the room!

The residence is quite a long walk from the Palazzo Vecchio and other tourist sights in Florence. This has benefits and drawbacks-- its nice to be away from tourists but its also a very long walk back from the Ponte Vecchio at the end of the day! If you have any mobility issues this is not for you. The breakfast was good but the breakfast room was not very comfortable and there was no espresso machine.

Location, owners(staff) and traditional rooms were all fabulous and when we return would stay again! Highly recommended!

Staff members were very kind, helped in any request and also helped us in planing our trip day by day. management also offered us parking lot in 50% discount per day. breakfast was in good standards healthy and satisfied. place offered coffee, tea and cakes free for the whole day. design of the place is authentic and very pleasant

Room number 6 was very dark and has the smallest shower I have ever used. Room number 5 is beautiful !!! Always ask about it. Poor breakfast - only toasts. For guests who fly to Florence after 8 pm - no possibility to check in. Reception is close.
