Staff, location Take the room in the 3rd floor
Room in the first floor Week wifi inside the room
Rooms for four are not easy to find, especially in city centers. Breakfast was served by two great, smiling ladies. Cappucino was fresh, hot, and perfect.
Non existant wifi, which is a must, especially with internet addicted children and business travellers. Expensive to boot. Second floor walkup.
Location is excellent being close to the Trevi Fountain and central in Rome. Staff and Manager are excellent and always happy to assist. Very clean and good value considering location and excellent breakfast every morning.
When we were there they had an issue with wi-fi, which they had technicians there trying to fix. When running all was good.
Diogo and Palmira make your stay very enjoyable. They are very kind & helpful. The breakfast is very good and the location superb.
Staff found us other accommodations when a power failure took down the entire area. Very responsive via email. We had not arrived in Rome yet, and they had placed us in a hotel outside of the affected area. Breakfast was wonderful. Best we had had in three weeks of travel with eggs, sausage, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, hams, three juices, and the ever present pastries. Room was spacious.
Shower had very little water pressure. Wi-Fi at Residenza Ki was not available on first floor where our room was located. We used the Wi-Fi at the neighbor Hotel Fellini to check in for our flight. The two nights at the alternate Hotel Saturnia were adequate, but we were in a buildling section that was under renovation. The windows would not shut, The toilet seat fell off, hall carpeting was temporary remnants to cover the floor. But their desk staff was warm and courteous. Bars on the first floor windows for safety, and had to use a key to get out of the room made me uncomfortable in case of an emergency.
Lady serving breakfast was wonderful. Polite, friendly and helpful.
You double booked our room and didn't tell us. Said it was an error. I don't accept that. Flicked us to an inferior hotel for a night. Begrudgingly paid for a cab. No refund for difference between room rates. Wi Fi almost non existent. Kept getting told it being fixed. Rubbish. Just an inferior, token offering.
sfriendly staff very good breakfast cleanliness one to one care
wi fi not always available
breakfast and localization
The wifi didn't work properly.
The location is great, breakfast was good, friendly staff.
The room was very very small, we expected the room to be a little more spacious given the pricing.
The location was perfect in the centre of Rome. Diogo and his staff were so helpful and serviceminded. The breakfast was great with fresh vegetables, fruit, bread, yoghurt, cereals, juice, coffe/the/hot chocolate, croissants, eggs and sausage. We really liked this place and warmly recommend it!
The staff were very helpful ,the room was very comfortable and it's right in the centre of Rome.
Wi-Fi is a bit dodgy.
It was good that there is a air conditioner in the room. Because temperature in Rome was exceeding 32 degree Celsius. Breakfast is good. The staff made hot chocolate for our children. There is a grocery near the hotel, and the store opens seven days a week.
The room was too narrow for 4-5 person. The blanket looks old and not clean. The shower room is small.
Fantastic location. We could walk to all major sights. Staff friendly and helpful. Plentiful and tasty breakfast
Room just off breakfast hall which was very noisy. Beds not comfy. No tea or coffee facilities in the room
Super hyggeligt "down to Earth" hotel...
Great value, location and breakfast was very good!
Breakfast, location and the help from the manager
Very helpful staff. Man at reception went out of our way to suggest restaurant, print tickets etc. Breakfast lady always smiling and jovial. Excellent staff!
Rooms a bit small. And noisy bed.
Friendly staff who even changed our breakfast menu to suit us, 2nd time I stayed there, definitely stay there again.
nothing, all good
Residenza Ki was central to everything in Rome and close to the metro if you couldn't walk. Our room was clean, comfortable and cozy and breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I wish we could have stayed longer.
The breakfast was good and nice staff
At arraving ther was no receptionstaff so we walked 15 min to get the kee, and than back with a map in our hands!
Great location, easy walk to most of main sights, shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff who arranged airport taxi transfers and taxi for early start to Vatican. Stayed in rooms on third floor - quite spacious and as shown in photos on web page. The rooms also had a fridge in the room and complimentary coffee and tea making facilities, which I had notice a few earlier reviews suggested would be a good idea. Very good value for money.
Nothing, this suited our needs. There is no reception after 6pm but we knew that before we booked and not a problem for us.
really nice staff delicious breakfast
there is no 24 hours check in front desk. so if you arrive Rome after 6pm...not easy to find out the correct location of the hotel
Wonderful location! Very good breakfast!
