Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, beautiful view from the window, brekfast was good.

Problem with the hot water, less of the cosmetic goods, we wanted to use shampoo, but there wasn't any. The map of the city which the hotel offerd us was white and black and it was not great option.

Hotel's got quality feel to everything in it. Be aware that hotel is located in jewish square of Venice. We didn't see much of it inside the hotel, but on the square and in the shops around you will see guys in religious closing doing their stuff. I don't have a problem with that, so I enjoyed my stay very much.

You do notice the economy everywhere, seems it's the same story everywhere in Venice... Restorant on the grounds is closed, with no info on reopening. This sucks when it rains.

The location is fine. The religious compromises are useful.

Everything actually. Room was big, very comfortable beds, large extremely clean bathroom. Great location. Just 10-15 minutes walking from Santa Lucia station. Would recommend highly

Everyone is very nice here. The breakfast is wonderful. We enjoy a lot our stay in this hotel. Next time when we come back we will choose again this hotel. Oh , the girl in the reception also gave us a lot good advices on choosing restaurant in Venice. Very good advice. We appreciate a lot .

Cleanliness of the whole property. The friendly receptionist. The location not too far away by walking from train station.

Breakfast is a bit simple and no hot dishes. Kosher style.

It's Kosher. Very close to the water bus station (even the one from the airport). Not too far from Piazza di Roma. Walking distance from everything (even from Piazza St. Marco). Our luggage was lost in the flight - the staff was great and kept calling the airline to get our luggage back ASAP. They were great!

Breakfast menu can be improved (make it richer, add omelets).

The staffs are friendly and very appreciate their help. We arrived at the hotel late in the night and the receptionist was off work , we called her and she came to us and helped us with the check in procedure. The room was clean and big, at least it is bigger than any other hotel we lived in the Europe..

It is not easy to be found, it will be better to find it by google map and print the map out.

the perfect location in the middle of the jewish ghetto- right next to chabad and kosher shops. perfect for shabat. also pretty close to the train station and vaporatto stop.

the price. the hotel food in the restaraunt was poor- and expensive. the breakfast was ok- but not for the price paid for.

Nothing disliked.

We were lucky to have gotten what we believe to be the best room in the hotel. We had views out of windows from two sides over the canals. The room was light and clean, a sanctuary away from the hustle of Venice. The ghetto is a little but out of the way of the but this is a bonus, Venice is full of tourists and it was great to get away from them. The garden bar/restaurant was a lovely bonus for tired travellers who didnt want to go back our again. The breakfast was excellent with good choices. We aren't Jewish but didn't feel out of place. Great holiday choice, best so far.

Make sure you're not on the 3rd floor, it's in roof with poky small windows.

We like all. The room, the staff, hotel was friendly, clean and have all wsa write. We had a very nice breakfast and spent wonderfull time there.

The room wasn't ready for children when we come. But they will do all in 5 minute.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. As a large family with 5 kids we were totally comfortable and even had one massive room on the top floor that we all fit into comfortably. We were perfectly satisfied with the buffet breakfast that they served everyday, it was all fresh and organized (cheese, olives, salad, spreads, coffee, tea, cereal, fresh fruits, juice). Even though they had the same spread everyday we were happy with it and it was kid friendly. We absolutely loved being in the Jewish Ghetto, it was basically peaceful and quiet with a large square the children could run around in. It was a pleasure coming home to this part of town after being in the touristy crowded areas all day, you felt like you could breathe. I would definitely return.

The receptionist was not always there, The Wi Fi only works well in some areas, the bread tastes stale once it's left out in the open for 10 minutes.

The staff were friendly and helpful and always available. The room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space in the cupboard and the bathroom was likewise clean and airy. The location is fantastic, less than two minutes from boats to the airport, Murano, Burano and Lido. Quiet and peaceful because it is inside the Ghetto but also very close to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay i this lovely hotel!
