The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

From check in to departure staff attentive and helpful. Ambience of hotel wonderful and meal in restaurant great.Overall value for accomodation and dinner exceptional.

The staff were very welcoming especially as we arrived later than anticipated at night. They organised Drinks and snacks without any hassle.

The staff were great. We had to leave early and they packed us a bag lunch. We also arrived early but they let us check in. They spoke good english which was really good since we only knew a couple of words of Italian.

Bed was a little harder than we were used to.

I really liked the historic nature of the hotel and found all the staff to be friendly.

The mattress was really bad and we had to use blankets under the sheets to improve it. This is unacceptable. The housekeeping wasn't the best and the mini-bar wasn't re-stocked frequently.

facilities are superb! it looks like living in the mediaval centuries. food is excellent for a fair price.

Lovely hotel with a sense of history, welcoming staff, excellent restaurant and central village location.

The Hotel is designed beautifully with antiquity, class and charm. It is wonderful to look at by day & night, inside and out. The staff, especially Vito and Vincenzo, were helpful, welcoming and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious. My husband and I were traveling with 3 daughters, 23, 21, &15, who absolutely loved it too. We are not just happy we found this gem in Filadelfia, we are thrilled we found it!

Just tighten the toilet seat in room 2.... Everything was wonderful!

The staff were really helpful in every aspect.. The first night we had a problem with the WiFi and they directly upgraded our room to provide internet. Also we enjoyed the breakfast a lot, everything we requested was brought to us directly... They were very kind from the beginning to the end.

Filadelfia is a beautiful town itself but quite far from the seaside. I thought it was just up a hill but it is really up the mountains. I liked the hotel very much and would recommend it, but I don't think it is not suitable for sun&beach seekers..

Nicely designed rooms. Excellent value-for-price. Ancient castle atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Lack in maintenance (loose toilet lid, missing or broken light bulbs). Breakfast was very modest, probably in part because I was late. At 9 am I was lucky still to get a cornetto. No wifi in my room (inspite of advertised "wifi everywhere").

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie, romantische kamer in torengebouw, met prachtig zicht op de stad en omgeving. Lekker menu, in zeer gezellig restaurant.

Fick ett mycket varmt och trevligt motagande när vi kom sen på kvällen. Borgo är ett mycket spännande och sevärt tycker vi, även Filadelfia, som ligger med en fantastisk utsikt ner mot havet, och gammal stad med sin charm. Mycket prisvärt.

Внимательный, дружелюбный персонал. Собственно, так и должно быть, но здесь внимание к постояльцам - не просто по обязанности, и это приятно. Хорошая кухня.

WiFi, заявленный "на всей территории отеля", на самом деле - на территории отеля, его нет в номерах-коттеджах, расположенных в соседних зданиях.
