The servcies at the resort were all in one place we didnt have to leave the resort to buy food or stock up on groceries.The Kids Club was great and the worker there fabulous' Our 6 year old daughter really enjoyed the hole day with Sanya. Its a shame that the worker it given resources to promote the club. There was child in the morning and 3 in the afternoon but it was great fun for our daughter despite the low numbers. The accommodation we stayed in had been renovated but there was no air conditioner so it was hot and sticky even at night. We did open doors and windows but noisy neighbours around casued a sleepness night. |

The location is great and it is very clean and nice. The owner of the hotel, Alberto, was very helpful and cooperative. This being Venice the stairs are very steep and narrow, and there is no elevator. For the 1st night we got the room on the 2nd floor and it was extremely difficult for us. Alberto kindly moved us to the 1st floor which helped. For those who do not have any health or knee issues, this is a good place. |

Nothing - ruined our holiday. Do not stay there. When I asked for a discount from their high price due to the way we had been treated the owner immediately threatened to call the police. Map which was provided to help us get to the hotel was signposted to the wrong place! We spent 1h30 wandering around looking for it and then only found it because somebody we asked in the street took us there. Then when we arrived (at 1400) the front door was locked, nobody was on reception and nobody was picking up the 24hr phone number. We wasted another hour. Breakfast very poor. Rubbish! |

Nous avons été délogé la 2ieme nuitée (sur un séjour de 2 nuits) pour cause de travaux à effectuer dans la chambre. Cette chambre n'aurait pas du être louée connaissant cette situation! Nous avons été transféré dans un autre "hotel" de qualité inférieure. Nous n'avions pas le choix qunat à pouvoir rester au moins cette 2ieme nuit. |

E' stata la prima volta in cui ho soggiornato a Venezia, L'albergo è nei pressi del Ponte di Rialto posizione magnifica! Comoda inoltre al servizio di vaporetti, così come per gli spostamenti a piedi. Uniche cose da considerare:luci nella camera non proprio sufficienti, colazione scarsa per la poca scelta. |

La ubicacion y la atención de la sra. que sirve los desayunos, era muy muy amable para ir a las habitaciónes hay que subir 69 escaleras. No tiene ascensor. |

De locatie is ideaal, middenin de stad, dus alles is prima te belopen. Kamers zijn ook ruim genoeg voor de paar dagen dat je er zit. Ze bieden tevens een gratis boottrip aan nar Murano. Het is een klein hotel en er was niet altijd iemand aanwezig aan wie je wat kon vragen. Het ontbijt was erg simpel met voorverpakte etenswaren. |

Die Pension liegt in der Nähe von der Rialtobrücke, daher ist es einen "Katzensprung" in die Altstadt! Chaotisches Einchecken, da das Personal leider keine Namen lesen kann. Keine persönliche Begrüßung - alles über Mikrofon. Sehr einfaches Frühstück. Wegen angeblicher Probleme mussten wir die 3. Nacht in einer anderen Pension übernachten. Mühsames umchecken. Keine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck! |
