Nous avons été délogé la 2ieme nuitée (sur un séjour de 2 nuits) pour cause de travaux à effectuer dans la chambre. Cette chambre n'aurait pas du être louée connaissant cette situation! Nous avons été transféré dans un autre "hotel" de qualité inférieure. Nous n'avions pas le choix qunat à pouvoir rester au moins cette 2ieme nuit. |

Absolutely Nothing. Horrible Experience Huge rip off!!! First, no one at the hotel will be there to greet you. You ring an intercom and pick your key up off the table . Second, we paid 200 euros per night for a "Family Room." Family room consisted of a double bed (hard as a rock) and a flimsy cot. Size of the room was exactly the same a double room. I have pictures to prove it. I tried calling the manager about how unsatisfied I was and he just kept telling me it was his day off and hung up on me. Do not stay at this hotel. |

The ease of finding the building was convenient. Room was small, by no means a family room, a single room with an extra couple of bed put in does not in our opinion make a family room. |

The hotel was located central in Venice, so all places were easy to reach. The breakfast was very poor. Prepackeged croissants en toasts. We choose to have breakfast outdoors. No 24hours reception and balcony as was discribed on Booking.com |

The servcies at the resort were all in one place we didnt have to leave the resort to buy food or stock up on groceries.The Kids Club was great and the worker there fabulous' Our 6 year old daughter really enjoyed the hole day with Sanya. Its a shame that the worker it given resources to promote the club. There was child in the morning and 3 in the afternoon but it was great fun for our daughter despite the low numbers. The accommodation we stayed in had been renovated but there was no air conditioner so it was hot and sticky even at night. We did open doors and windows but noisy neighbours around casued a sleepness night. |

Muy céntrico. Decorada al estilo veneciano, muy auténtico y acogedor. Y además, al haber solo 5 habitaciones hay un ambiente muy familiar y tranquilo. La puerta del hostal está en una calle inundable, y al subir la marea no tuvimos ningún medio de salir de él hasta pasadas las 12 del mediodía. No nos dieron ni bolsas ni ninguna opción de salir hasta que bajara del todo el nivel del agua. |

La residenza gode di un ottima posizione, all'arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno all'accettazione ma questo non e' stato un problema, abbiamo suonato le chiavi erano sul banco dell'accettazione, la camera ed il bagno sono ampi e spaziosi, unica pecca la stanza e' poco illuminata. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti c'e' stata cambiata la biancheria del bagno, il personale e' giovane e gentile peccato che la colazione sia scarsa (unica vera pecca di questa gradevole residenza). Tornerei volentieri, una mia abitudine ed un consiglio e' quello di mandare una e-mail per confermare l'arrivo un giorno prima per evitare sorprese. |

que la habitacion estaba bien y ubicado en na zona centrica cerca de medio de transporte. cuando fueron a limpiar la habitacion (que solo hicieron 1 cama de 4 que habia y no hicieron nada mas) se dejaron la puerta abierta de par en par. Cuando llegamos nos dimos un susto de muerte, pensando que nos habrian robado, y ni si quiera tuvieron un detalle con nosotros despues de lo sucedido y de lo que podia haber pasado, que nos podian haber robado todo. |

Läget är utmärkt om man vill bo centralt i venedig nära rialtobron och ca 100m till båt-buss hållplats, bageri,ost och köttaffär utanför dörren. Frukosten var den sämsta jag varit med om och borde tagas bort från beskrivningen av hotellet, den bestod av te och skorpor, ren skandal. |
