The location is great and it is very clean and nice. The owner of the hotel, Alberto, was very helpful and cooperative. This being Venice the stairs are very steep and narrow, and there is no elevator. For the 1st night we got the room on the 2nd floor and it was extremely difficult for us. Alberto kindly moved us to the 1st floor which helped. For those who do not have any health or knee issues, this is a good place. |

Nothing - ruined our holiday. Do not stay there. When I asked for a discount from their high price due to the way we had been treated the owner immediately threatened to call the police. Map which was provided to help us get to the hotel was signposted to the wrong place! We spent 1h30 wandering around looking for it and then only found it because somebody we asked in the street took us there. Then when we arrived (at 1400) the front door was locked, nobody was on reception and nobody was picking up the 24hr phone number. We wasted another hour. Breakfast very poor. Rubbish! |

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods. Lots of food/wine shops nearby - pastries, cheese meats, coffee, fish, vegetables. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. We will stay there again on our next visit to Venice. No, we liked the Nuova Residenza Laguna very much, however, visitors should expect the standard Italian/European light breakfast... in two weeks walking around Venice I never saw bacon and eggs in the morning. |

abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel marconi in quanto ci hanno spostato. Colazione buona la stanza era una singola adattata a doppia e tra il letto e il bagno c'erano 20 centimetri! |

ロケーションは最高、サービスや設備もよく、ヴェネツィアでこの値段でこのレベルのホテルに泊まれたのはラッキー。また泊まりたい。 The location was perfect. Service and facilities were excellent. If I visit Venezia again, I will surely choose this hotel!! 部屋が少し暗かった（たいした問題ではなかったが）。 The room was a little dark, but it wasn't such a big problem. |

Emplacement central dans Venise, proche des Vaporettos et du pont Rialto, des restaurants sympa du grand canal. Les - (moins) escaliers raides, chambres avec plancher en pente, surtout au 2ème, Salle de bain exigue, Pour rentrer dans la douche surtout ne pas être avec une taille sup à 44, pas de préssion d'eau, eau chaude limitée !!! Une lampe sur deux qui marche, des commutateurs électriques brinquebalants, pas de verres à dents..... |

Sa position et son confort Le personnel inexistant;pdj maigre, pour le meme prix certain offre un vrai service hotelier, ici il s'agit d'un bed and breakfast à 110 € la nuit |

Centrale lokatie, sfeervolle kamers, vriendelijk, kleinschalig. Ontbijt van eeuwig houdbare voorverpakte croissantjes en vieze koffie was wel heel slecht. Maar in de buurt volop bakkers en cafés voor beter ontbijt dus geen probleem. |
