La struttura è molto bella e caratteristica, ben attrezzata con lavanderia, un piccolo campo da calcetto, un tavolo da pingpong, calciobalilla, una bella piscina e un'area adibita a palestra all'aperto che necessiterebbe però di maggiore manutenzione. Gli appartamenti sono molto carini, ben arredati e confortevoli. I tafani in zona piscina!

è un piccolo residence in un bel casolare in pietra riammodernato, gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, ben arredati e puliti. è a 5 minuti in auto da castiglione della pescaia. attenzione alle zanzare. attrezzatevi! consiglio il posto per chi cerca tranquillità e relax.
