Excellent location - close to metro station and the Colosseum, good restaurant close by, spacious room, comfortable bed.

Bathroom was horrible. DIY shower screen in bathtub difficult to manage and falling apart. bathtub was leaking so bathroom floor was always slightly wet. Mold everywhere. No surface space to stand toiletries. No toiletries or soap or anything provided (even though other reviewers mentioned cotton buds??)

*Maurizio Locci at the rception was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with the city map for free and advised us with the best places to visit and printed us the train schedules. *Location is more than perfect: few minutes walking from the Colosseum, Via Del Corso and Cavour metro station, nice restaurants, cafes and wonderful home made gelaterias are just a few steps from the hotel. *The room was clean and tidy at check-in.

*Water was sometimes leaking in the bathroom floor.

Great location in an attractive local area (plenty of restaurants, bars etc.), yet just 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Our apartment was fairly spacious, with a very large and comfortable bed!

Except for bedding and towels almost nothing was provided in the apartment, give or take the odd bar of soap or toilet roll ie no washing up liquid, t-towel, etc. It was noisy outside at night, didn't bother us but might do some others.

Location is good, not far from the Colosseum

Room is tiny and the cleaning lady comes only once in 3 days. Overall very untidy. Small window facing the wall was depressing as well.

Location is perfet -2 min till the metro station. Perfect restourants was recommended by hotel.

It was that nice and clean, very central to everything as metro, Colusseum, restaurants. The rooms were spacy and TV in both rooms. Personal friendly and helpful.

But showercabin was difficult to fit in to and even worse to come out of, and I am not a big person ! Friday and Saturday it was most of the night a terrible noise from the street and the pizzarestaurang next doors

Very noisy...2 Windows didn't open...WiFi almost non- existent...furnishings, particularly in the 'living room' bare (couch not clean) & uncomfortable..kitchen didn't even have a kettle & dishes mis-matched... The accommodation was far from 'elegant' as listed on your website...at 136 euros per night it was not good value

Perfect location and value for money. Staff is friendly. Clean and pretty big rooms.

It is my very, very personal opinion, but the coushions are really uncomfortable. The rest is okay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, in a quiet location within a stone's throw from the subway station, the Coliseum and the Forum very closely. Around there are some excellent cafes and restaurants. The apartments are comfortable and clean. A wonderful place for an adequate price. I'll be back there again with pleasure.

Difficulty finding it, reception closed at 6pm

Staff were friendly. Our room was really big (1 bedroom apartment). Location is right near the Cavour Metro stop (1 stop from main station Termini) and about 10 minute walk to the Colusseum. A gelato shop is right across the road.

Free wifi was a little slow to the point sometimes it just wouldn't work. But it is free so that's a bonus. So many cupboards available that you could easily fit in an ironing board and iron which would be handy.

very very basic room and ,bathroom very noise from other rooms and hotel guests coming in late at night was really bad.The worst was outside noise,we got woken up every night two or three times, worst was six times in one night with people shouting. trucks ,cars and roller shutter doors from opposite building and i'm not a light sleeper. Because of the nosie i would never stay at the hotel again shame because staff and location are great.

The location in the trendy Monty area, five minute walk from the Colosseum, nearby neighbourhood restaurants, though food varied in quality. The apartment terrace is lovely, though we weren't able to make use of it in January.

The wall-mounted heater in the bedroom area didn't work, and the room stayed cold, though we kept the heater in the living area on and the door open.

The room was comfortable and quite large in my opinion. The neighborhood is quiet at night, so we were able to sleep well and undisturbed. The roof-top terrace seems like it would be great in the summertime!! Unfortunately we were there in January, so the nights were a bit too chilly to stay out there for long, though we did brave it for an entire half hour one evening, simply because it was there. The location is perfect! We were first-time visitors to Rome and found getting around to all of the major attractions from the hotel to be very straightforward; and the Colosseum is a mere 5-10 minute walk away!! Makes for a great evening walk! Restaurants and cafes in the area were also very welcoming, while prices weren't anywhere near as high as those inflated prices near each and every major tourist attraction. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Clean, spacious elegant room. Good quality for reasonable price. Walking distance from coliseum and even termini. With subway Cavour around the corner for further destinations. Excellent place, friendly reception.

None. I stayed for one day and this place delivered what it promised.

If you want to save money and have good trip in a good area near Coleseo in normal clean rooms and helpful friendly staff, without luxury service its perfict fit :)

small shower, but its does not matter so much. For us (two girls) was a little bit problem there is no big mirror, just in the bathroom average size for make up...

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk of the Colosseum and many other tourist areas. There are many restaurants to choose from close by. The area was safe to walk at night. Reception staff were friendly and accomodating. They gave us a map of Rome and highlighted some places that we should see and also told us which ones were in walking distance. They were kind enough to hold our luggage after the check out time so we could walk around the city without heavy bags.

To be fair the good outweighs the bad. However, the bathroom ceiling was low so my head was almost touching. I am over 5 ft 9 in so this will not be an issue for shorter persons. The windows in the room always had a build up of moisture no matter what time we were in the room or the temperature.

We loved the location so close to all attractions and in a great quiet area

We were upgraded to 4th floor which was great however the airconditioning units were above the bedroom on the roof and they kept us awake through the night

Staff friendliness and good addresses for restaurants. Good coffee at the coffee machine. Free wifi.

Our studio room was very small, bad lightings. Unconvenient furniture.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the Colosseum, train stations & most attractions in Rome. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful & courteous. The apartment was spacious, clean & comfortable.

The only complaint that I could have about the apartment was the size of the shower. If you are a 'larger'person, you would have trouble fitting into it.
