location and reception staff were excellent
the bed , actually they were 2 beds joined together and we found them always separated upon our waking up :D
The location and help from the staff
Leaking fridge, leaking toilet.
The hotel was in a great location only 5 mins to the collesium and 30 min walk to Vatican City great good places very close by.
Although it was in a great location the room itself was a let down. The bed was a fold out couch very hard and very uncomfortable and only one pillow each which was so thin you may as well have had no pillow, the window in the toilet didn't close so the toilet was always freezing. Shower was tiny and there was no bin in the room apart for a very small bin in the toilet.
- excellent location!!! - good service in the reception (before and there in hotel) - transportation works excellent
- we were very disappointed when the room was not in line with expectations (really cold, dirty toilet, small room, window broken and leaked in the rain...) - room different as the picture - bad bed (as an extra bed) - kitchen cabinet was funne, not practical
Great location. Friendly staff.
The shower was only about 4 foot above the bath. The shower door was broken. The towel rack fell off the wall. The bathroom let the place down! Also the apartment had not been cleaned very well
It was close to the Colosseum and the staff were friendly
On the first night we were in Room 11 which had a terrible bleach smell and mould everywhere in the bathroom. The windows didn't open so there was no way of airing the place. The entire bathroom floor flooded from the bath and we had to use all the towels and the bedsheets to stop the water from going into the bedroom. The toilet also didn't work. We asked to be moved and got offered Room 12 or a smaller room on level 2. The damp smell in Room 12 was unbearable so we took the room on level 2. The toilet in this room also didn't work and there was no hot water. The heater didn't work and there were not enough blankets in the room. Being the middle of winter, we were freezing all night. The wi-fi kept dropping out. The neighbours in Room 203 kept ringing the doorbell and had guests coming and going at all hours of the morning. Felt like we were in a halfway house. Reception is only open between 8AM and 6PM, so not much one can do after hours when you run into problems. Don't recommend this place.
-Great location (just 5min walking to the colosseum, metro station just 2min from the hotel) -Spacious, comfortable -Good value for money -Friendly staff
-Late check-out had an extra cost -Not good wi-fi signal on the first floor -Reception is open till 6pm (although they were very helpful and specific instructions for our late night check-in)
dirty, unconformable, mold everywhere.
Dirty , smelly rooms!
-Location -Apartment size
-Leakage in the bathrom -Bad Wi-Fi (sometimes not WI-Fi at all) -Very poor household utensils -Dirty, much dust -Whole the apartment looks worn and needs renovation -Bad value for money
Perfect location at hearth of ancient Romr
Kitchenette was dirty Everytime we had bath, bath floor was all wet as wash basin was stuck As we asked staff to clean bath, they said ok, but it sas not cleaned again
The cleanliness, comfort, location the helpful staff and the good cost with nearby cafe restaurant and well known places of sight seeing.
Bathroom for shower is too squeezy but overall is good for a mature couple.
Location was great. That's about it.
Worst place I stayed whilst traveling around Europe. First night was on level 1, stunk of mold things were generally in dis repair eg; window wouldn't shut, fold out couch couldn't close properly so couch unusable, shower was tiny and water leaks over the entire bathroom we had to press the flush button 10x to make toilet work & terrible wireless. Next day got moved shower still tiny water leaking everywhere from under shower. When the fridge we never used defrosted and wet the entire lounge floor they gave us a mop to clean it up! Stayed for 4 nights it's in a great position with large rooms but I wouldn't recommend it!
Location great Staff very friendly
Super location - in the center of Roma - approx. 150 m from the metro station Cavour. Apartment was comfortable (in term of size) and staff was OK. Good restaurants and caffeterias very closely.
There was very old kitchen with old dishes in apartment. There was mold on the tiles in the shower, why?! There was a lot of sounds from outside in the moorning.
Old dirty Bathroom Dirty room Bad wifi Uncomfortable coach-bed for the children. Too expensive for what it offers I will never stay there again. I do not recommend it
Good location in centre of city but away from main streets. Area safe and quiet at night, local restaurants around property.
apart from bedroom property was disappointing compared tp photos. Kitchen reminded us of 1970's style and had no kettle. Cutlery and crockery were old, mismatched and require to be renewed, only used kitchen for making a drink as felt it could be cleaner. Property only serviced every 3 days which is poor compared to other places of similar value.
Spacious, in the heart of Romes tourist attractions.
Very noisy till early am for the person sleeping in the lounge area. Restaurant below the room. Pull out bed disappointing
The wifi was really poor and the house is a little bit creepy.
A bit noisy for somebody that needs to sleep
The room was full of damp and mould.
Loved the fact that it was easy to get to from the main station in Rome. Also it had a hip and trendy feel to it. Off the beaten track so great food and bars at reasonable prices.
Hotel room (12) needs more than one mirror! 4 ladies and one mirror is never a good mix!
Great Location. Close to the main train station with a local train station right around the corner and a 10 minute walk to the colosseum.
Staff and location
Wifi Old bedding/foldout couch needed repair. Mold issue in the entire city.
Not too far from train station.
Run down No microwave or kettle Sofa bed very saggy Pillows were terrible WiFi poor signal After hours numbers did not work and we were left stranded at the door for 30 minutes.
