Convenience of the transportation to sights and airport
Lovely apartment and host, clean and fresh!
It is quite out of town but there is a easy tram route to the town centre
Staff was excellent! They were very professional and courteous during all interactions and used written communication for all of our inquiries. The location is very close to public transportation, though it was difficult to find at night, as we arrived late. When we needed laundry facilities to wash our clothes, the staff printed out a map from google and hand wrote directions. We had a two-bedroom for the four of us, and it was well-appointed with ample linens, a tv, plenty of closet space (should you need to unpack clothing), etc.
The main issue for us was the wi-fi. It was terrible. It hardly ever worked, and when it did, it did not work for long. This was an issue for us, as we were relying on the use of Viber to communicate with family and friends while abroad. Also, though we had a TV, they had limited channels, and our stay was at the time of World Cup 2014! There was no fan in the bathroom, and the shower was pretty small.
Warm reception. Nice little kitchen, with tasty coffee. Bathroom just right. We were happy about the place.
When we entered there was a humid smell. The bed (sheets) were humid. Tip owners: Open windows/doors a bit every day.
Pretty good location on quiet street with bus and tram stop just around the corner. Many food shops and small restaurants near and food market a few hundred meters from villa.
Poor wifi - works, but near entrance only. Very simple kitchenware. At night - noise of ambulance sirens from nearest hospital.
It was a small but clean room, enough to sleep and take a shower
There was a lot of humidity in the room and it smelled very bad. There was no shampoo and not enough linen/blankets. We stayed for 3 days and never went to clean the room
they charged for breakfast, but refused to serve it until claimed
