Shower build in the wall - can't really take the shower bowl to the hand, a bit noisy - train station at the front, ambulances passing thru every hour will wake you up twice during the night, radiator was on, but still cold during the night.

We travel for our Honeymoon in florence. the place was maintained at a very high standatrts. the room was nice and romantic, there is a free wifi in the rooms The location is perfect, and the owner is nice and helpful. We hope to visit there again.

the owner & hie wife were sooooo friendly(I had lots of heavy luggages,the owner helped me to carry them to the train station!!~~so nice!!) room was clean & beautiful !!!!! if i go back to Florence,i will stay there again for sure!!!!!!!

Its a neat little hotel tucked in the corner around smn station. It occupies an entire floor of an apartment building, which was built around 1749! The location is fantastic, near the station and pretty much within walking distance of everything in Florence. The caretaker Mario was as helpful as he can, cause he was down with a flu when we stayed there. WiFi is complimentary and the browsing speed is fantastic. Some previous comments highlighted that the streets below the hotel can get noisy. This is a subjective matter I feel. Cleanliness is excellent. Overall, very cozy environment and it makes you feel as if you're part of Florence.

We found a lack of apparatus I.E. towel racks/hooks to hang our towels in the bathroom. Also, some bathroom mats that are more absorbent would be appreciated. These are all minor issues.

Rirst of all - location is very good. Close to the station (so you don't need to go far or take a taxi), also - only 2-3 inutes and you're in the heart of Florence. Rooms are realy nice, made in old-slyle with a fantastic ceilings =) The owner of the residenza is a realy nice man, will tell you a lot of useful information if you need.

No fascilities for meals and also no kitchen or anything to have maybe a small breakfast at the hotel. So need to go somewhere every morning. But just opposite the street there're good supermarket and a cafe.

It's such a unique hotel. The owners are fantastic and incredibly helpful. It's perfectly located next to the train station and within a stone's throw of all you want to see in Firenze. It feels like you've got your own little apartment. Wonderful. Don't forget to ask the location of the best gelato you'll ever taste in your life. Don't forget to chat to the cleaner, she's a superstar.

It's a little noisy, but that's just because the building is so old (but wonderfully restored).

This is not a strictly a Hotel, it is a floor in an apartment block where you have the room maintained - cleaned, beds made etc but there is no breakfast or 24hr staff - not that you would need it! The room was beautiful with an authentic Italian feel. Huge windows and a painted ceiling with a Trompe-l'oeil effect which enhanced the rooms romantic feel. The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. Located around the corner from the main train station and the Santa Maria Novella. Everything in Florence is within walking distance so to be located near the station suited us. There is also a supermarket right across the road to pick up any essentials or breakfast. I would highly recomend the Residenza Millennium for a unique experience.

Not really a complaint but more a heads up, as this is not a hotel try and arrive between 11am and 2pm to ensure someone will be there to let you in. There is a phone number to ring to gain access for the first time but we just rang the bell and we were buzzed in and given the code to the door and keys to the room, easy peasy! Across the road is a tram line (luas) which started up after 5am a little noisy but I didn't really notice after the first morning. Life starts very early in Florence as the temp is that bit cooler.

Hotel staff were excellent and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

Terrible. The room is old and extremely noisy. The air conditioner cannot be opened only when it is over 26 *C. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Simpatici, disponibili e accoglienti le persone dello staff

in linea di massima un po' troppo vicino alla stazione e al corso principale quindi si sentono purtroppo un po' di rumori. Meglio chiedere una stanza sull'interno del caseggiato.

Ci vorrebbero dei distributori automatici all'interno della struttura visto che manca un bar. Avrei evitato di uscire per un caffe alle ore 9 visto che avevo una skype call alle 10:30 in stanza.

Camera molto carina con balcone. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggiare a pagamento in un garage nello stesso palazzo.
