The location was fantastic. The room was pleasant, the terrace delightful to sit and enjoy the view of St. Peter's.

Location is excellent. Staff is great and very helpful. Price is reasonable. Service is convenient. Pretty quiet during nights.

Relativly small room. Lack of restaurant services during the lunch time. Free Wi-Fi. Restricted / limited space on actual terrace.

I liked the location

I didn't like the fact that I upgraded my room in order to have a seating area, as per room advertised, I was given a room with no seating area, it was a room for a disabled person I did not ask for this, I had no bath only a walk in shower.

The location is excellent. There are good restaurants nearby. The terrace is perfect for an after dinner drink. The breakfast is excellent.

The location is amazing. Just a 20 second walk an you are stood in St Peters Piazza. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast very nice.

We didn't realise the hotel was so religious. Extracts from the bible were pushed under the door every morning. There was no bar as such but there was a small terrace you could sit on and order drinks but they were very expensive. Nearly 8 Euros for a g & T.

Everything. The location, staff, accommodations, ambiance were outstanding. Dining recommendations were excellent. It was interesting that the rate increased 100 EUROS on April 1st.

Very close to St. Peter sq.and the staff are very helpful.

Everything was in perfect order. Since we were there for our 30th wedding anniversary there was a bottle Prosseco ready in the room. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. If we go back to Rome we will definitely return. Location was very good, just opposite the St. Peter's Square.

Excellent location 1min to Vatican and 5 min to Angel castle. Clean and tidy rooms. Good for business (religic) and city tour. The breakfast was quite good: 2-4 hot dishes, cheese and ham (3-4 positions) and lots of sweets and deserts as well as traditional porridge and flakes. The reception stuff is perfect and always ready to help, advised us on restaurants and concerts.

None, thus beeing a snob: Tiny rooms.

Staff very friendly and very clean hotel

Ambiance, closeness to the Vatican, easy access to other points of interest in Rome, friendly staff except for that male employee who was on duty on Thursday early morning.

The male employee who was on duty at time of our departure at 6:00 AM last Thursday was very lazy and did not help us at all. He just remained seated at the lobby couch reading a book and did not want to be bothered. HE MUST BE TERMINATED.....

Incredible location - across the street from the Vatican/St. Peter's Square. Hotel staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Liked the privacy of and access to the hotel - felt very safe there. Gorgeous rooftop bar overlooking part of the Vatican. Hotel and room was squeaky clean!

Proximity to Vatican

Some difficulty finding access and location of "front desk".

Staff was exceptional and friendly. They accommodated requests immediately. The breakfast had elaborate variety to choose from. I would stay in this hotel definitely again and recommend this to all. And if you are eager to see the Pope they can acquire Papal Audience tickets for you free of charge. You get your monies worth. :)

Location, location, location and of course the very high Star rating. This establishment is simply amazing in its quality, professionalism of it's staff and sense of belonging to it's Vatican environment.

Everything was perfect. On the last night we had to leave in the middle of the night to catch our flight, employees made absolutely sure we were taken care of including a box breakfast ready of our travel.

It so near to the Vatican church and walking distance to shopping center and tourist buses. The location is really at the center.

My husband and I loved being so close to the Vatican, especially enjoying a bottle of wine and a cheese plate on the rooftop terrace at night, as we saw the lights of St. Peter's dome and the Vatican. Magical!
