Apartment was in a very good location, we could visit everything in walking distance. Just over the bridge was the castle and the Vatican, and in the other direction most of the attractions were within 2km walking distance.
Location is among the strongest pros for this hotel! Most POI are 15-20 minutes on foot. Cosy cafes & famous gelaterias are in close proximity.
Breakfast is really poor. Moreover, you should make a hundred meters to another building to get it :-) A couple of croissants, a cup of coffee & a glass of juice is all a person should expect. You'd better by coffee in the nearby Brassai cafe. It's really worth doing. No bathrobes in the room. Towels are changed once in three days. Constant shortage of shower gel & shampoo. Our apartment was not a warm one. I like it a bit cool in the room but my wife did not feel comfortable enough.
Location - a short distance from Vatican. Helpful manager (when available).
No on site breakfasts (had to use nearby breakfast bar which offered limited choice). No permanent on site staff. Poor hot water service (took forever for warm water to reach shower/hand basin, and temp. set too low - at 41degrees).
Simone was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for visiting all of the main attractions in Rome by foot, and it was still a lovely quiet street. Breakfast in the café around the corner was beautiful!
It is in the center of Rome. It is clean. The staff is helpful.
This is neither a proper hotel nor a proper apartment, that is why they call themselves residence. There is no continuous reception as hotels have and there is no proper kitchen as apartments have.
Room was much more than we expected it would be. Don't get fooled by the alley, the external view of the building or the immediate entrance which will have you initially worried. This hotel has its own little hotel within the building and it is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night. 5 minutes walk from the vatican and a few footsteps from St Angelo. 10 min walk from Piazza Navona and all the restaurants. You must go to Forno bakery on the street parallel...most amazing pizzas. It's very busy there at lunch time. Skip the breakfast this hotel provides at Patricia which is 2 pastries and a tea. It's way to sweet for the westerner. We had pizza for breakfast...yum! Reception was great...very friendy and helpful!
Only issue is the musky sort of smell at the entrance. But if you look past that its great for the price in Rome.
Very nice and neat hotel. Really enjoyed my stay there!
Breakfast is provided in a cafe around the corner, not int he hotel building.
The location is really good - 2 minutes from Castel Sant`Angelo, 5 minutes from Piazza Navona, 10-15 minutes from Vatican. There is a bus stop and a suermarket near the hotel. The staff was helpful. But the reception is closed most of the day, so it`s better to inform the hotel when you arrive. The room was really big, there is free Wi-Fi which was great. In general, the hotel is very good. I would stay there next time.
The breakfast is in a cafe near the hotel and consists of 2 (exactly 2!) croissants, juice and hot drink. That was quite OK for me but I don`t think it is enough for men. However, the cafe`s staff was very friendly and it was nice to talk to them in the morning.
Good location, small, bu comfortable room, nice staff and tasty breakfast.
Very helpful staff. Great location
The entrance to the hotel smelt really bad. We had to hold our breath to get to the first floor. The double room was quite small
the location is very closed to heritage - casttle San Angelo, you can easily find some place you want. the bangdesh waiter is very nice to provide good instruction for customer.
the place of breakfast is located in other place
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and large! The breakfast was at a cafe around the corner and was wonderful. We walked many miles through the streets of Rome and absolutely loved the location of this hotel.
The windows aren't too soundproof so there when cars or vespas would zoom down the street, it was pretty loud. We brought earplugs and with them in it was fine, but worth mentioning if you are a light sleeper. This wouldn't be enough to deter me from staying here though. We really enjoyed this hotel/room.
location is good, close to Vatica, but no metro station near aroud
not easy to find, and to elevator is too old
Simone was really nice, helpful and friendly. I will recommend this place for the location of it.
I didn't like that they do not specify that you have to go to a restaurant/cafe for breakfast, it would be nicer to have breakfast in the hotel.
If you ar looking for comfort, this It's a good chioce. Rome is crowded and noisy and I was appreciating a comfortable bed, refrigerator in the room, aircon that functioned well, peace and quiet. Simone (staff) was polite, friendly and helpfull. Wifi was good and it's possible to put a laptop in the safebox! Very nice location with a lot of antique shops in Via dei coronari. A charming part of old Rome. Walking distance to most attractions.
Italian beakfast with crossiant and coffe (not what I prefer). The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom. A kettle and som cups in the room would have been very nice.
The manager knew Rome and answered all of our questions
Breakfast consisted of juice and 2 Danish.
Simone the manager is so wonderful so helpful in every way.
Small room, no view, difficult to find, tiny bathroom
Simone , he is the best so nice and helpful with everything.
It was perfect place with very good wifi, perfect for family of four. Very good deal for the price
Breakfast place was nice but sometimes had to wait for free table
