Perfect location, nice room, all was perfect
The location is perfect, very easy access to the Vatican.
The material of bath towels is very bad.
Quiet Public transport Next to Vatican WiFi is pretty good, but you need to ask for code Fresh towels every day
breackfast Nothing to do with hotel but Don't eat in restaurants in this building
Close to Vatican
Staff was not pleasant.
- If you on a pilgrimage to the Vatican like I was, or even just touring Rome in general this is an ideal location as it is close to everything. - A wonderful couple running the place
-Cant think of anything I did not like. I would go back many times!
The location is very good, and the rooms are quite spacious and well decorated. Having received a piazza facing bedroom, the goings on in the square below were most interesting! Access to the building and the facility itself is secure, which is comforting.
The breakfast was minimal and had to be taken at a cafe-bar in the next street. They claim to accept most credit cards including Amex, but my Amex card was not accepted. They encourage people to pay mostly in cash and 'reward' those who agree with the better rooms. They want you out of the room by 10.00 am to facilitate cleaning, but on one occasion we came back to our room at about 2.00 pm and it wasn't done yet. There are only five rooms. On contacting one of the owners we were asked "what's the problem with that?", and when we said it wasn't good enough, he 'did' the room literally in two or three minutes. There was no apology, but lots of resentment towards us after that. Beware of the huge difference between weekday and weekend rates.
Very close to the Vatican and shops.
congested with traffic
We arrived easily, by bus, from the airport to Piazza Resurgimento, where the hotel is located. We got shocked how close it is to Saint Peter Square, just a few seconds walking. The Residenza is inside an elegant building, with an old style elevator, and it is extremely comfortable and clean without being too pricey. Metro is a minute away and there are lots of restaurants around. I recommend it firmly and won´t think about another place to stay when in Rome again.
Good, comfortable rooms. Nice staff.
Like many places in Rome. The showers are very small.
apartment is isolated but the location is really good! the room is clear and big enough for 3 person.
Just the air condition is not good for so hotttttt weather. But it is ok for us.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good to the Vatican and local shops and restaurants.
There was nothing that comes to mind.
We really enjoyed the good spot of the B&B. It was close to the Vatican, nice and tidy rooms and the owner was really nice and helpful!
It was perfect, couldn't have asked for more!!!
sense of tradition tranquillity helpfulness location security
Larger, better breakfast. Wash clothes to use when bathing.
The location is easy to reach - very close to Vatican as my main destination. The breakfast was also good - at the cafe at the back, and I could taste a very Roman breakfast. On the Christmas Day I got additional items for breakfast in my room.
The heater didn't work properly. For someone from a tropical country I needed a heater during a cold night in Rome.
