I want to give a big thank you to Pamela who went out of her way to find a wheelchair for my nephew who broke his leg during our vacation...not an easy feat during the month of August vacations where most specialty shops are closed. Thanks to Pamela we were able to enjoy Rome and visit everything on our itinerary. Location is also wonderful. We walked to almost every major tourist attraction, very centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood. We took a bus to visit the colosseum...bus stop is just under 5 mins from the hotel. Everything else is within walking distance (and we had children). Room also very clean. Breakfast is simple which consists of coffee and croissant (very fresh and delicious). We went back for lunch at the same cafe which is excellent, fresh and good value. Pamela was also very helpful in providing us with detailed directions and map to major attractions .
Wifi very slow.
Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, very near Vatican.
Wi fi was not available in our room, only at the reception. The biggest problem for us (family with small children) was that the air conditioning was regulated centrally at the reception, so at night someone put it on at 20 degrees Celsium. It was very cold and not pleasant, because you cant turn it off in your room, only at the reception. We did it, but the next night same story - receptionist leaves late afternoon, so the regulation of the ac is in the hands of guests.
Good location close to the Main attractions in Rome, spacious room in quiet neighborhood, Pamela from the reception was a great help with good recommendations
The breakfast was a bit limited we couldnt get the coffee machine to work and no one was on reception
Cleaners were very noisy early in the morning and woke us up every day by talking loudly in the hallway
Location is perfect, walking distance to Piazza Navona,Spagna ..... Pamela is helpful with a cheerful smile ! Clean & comfort.
The Wi Fi signal is very weak in the room so it's not working all the time . U have to inform them about the arrival time if it's after 7:00 pm otherwise u will just make a call to let someone come and open to u. Ask for a map for the location before u go to find it easier.
≫ My stay was lovely and the staff is very professional and could not have been more helpful. Pamela went out of her way to help me as I was rather frazzled from an unpleasant experience at my last hotel and was tired, exhausted and in need of a relaxing safe environment. As a woman traveling alone in Italy for the first time I had many questions and she went out her way to provide info, on buses, cabs, the strike, ways to the airport, restaurants and any of the other many questions I had. The Hotel itself was spotless, the breakfast prompt and exactly what I ordered, the woman who brought it was professional and courteous. I felt very safe and secure, there's even a lift, the bathroom was modern with all the amenities, there was even coffee and tea in the room. It is an excellent value and location. A fabulous hotel creating a wonderful experience in Rome.
Like most hotels in Rome, the rooms are very small. However, they are in excellent condition, very clean, and the location is great.
Quiet street, the girl behind the from desk (Paloma) was extreamely friendly and helpfull. Eagar to share the nice spots of the city and suggest trandy places qhere locals hangout. Our room was large, confortable beds and renovated bathroom. WI-FI included.
Breakfast is included but very weak. I don't think it would hurt to add a slice of ham or cheese. It consist in one pastry and coffee/tea or chocolat. Breakfast is served in the room, but by the time it gets there is already cold.
