Residenza San Leo

Everything! The rooms are gorgeous! Warm and Homely! Our hosts were so lovely and friendly and welcomed us into their family. We ate twice with our hosts and meals were divine. Their Olive Oil is the best we have ever had. Our 4 kids could run amongst the Olive trees, explore the extensive vegetable garden and watch the pigs have their evening dinner. San Leo was a highlight of our trip in Italy! We'll be back! Thankyou San Leo.

The hospitality, warmth, and love that burst from San Leo is captivating. I have been there three times in the past two months because I just can't stay away. The incredible farm-fresh dinners make me rent a car just to get there. I feel so at home in the Tuscan hills here. Book this place now.

Patrizia was very accomodating and very informative, The place was near the Chianti Wine Museum and the kids loved pool. The food was amazing. It was 6 of us and every one of a different age and we all enjoyed it. It was so relaxing and the views were amazing.

The only thing I didn't like was the frogs that croaked at night and the few bees, but we did stay they longer than we had booked for and didn't mind it.

I was really happy w/ the apartment and the countryside of Tuscany - truly beautiful and beyond our expectation. Had dinner at San Leo prepared by owner Patrizia - she took great care of us and showcased the products of the farm. Olive oil gelato! Absolutely delicious Tuscan meal. My only regret is that we should have stayed longer than 5 nights.

Great area... amazing nature, close to Florence!

Great staff and food we had was great. Ate breakfast both days we were there and had the pizza dinner which wasn't expensive (18 euro pp) for pasta, pizza and dessert. All the food was homemade from the farm and delicious. We stayed in the Gallo apartment on the first floor with a private balcony and it was great. Had friends staying up in the back section in the Uccelleria (sp?) room and had a nice shared porch out front and also very spacious.

Directions using google maps with the address listed on the website are terrible as they take you to the wrong location. They should just put up directions on the website as you can only come into town from 2 directions. No wireless internet. Pool wasn't open yet. Only 1 person there spoke English, but we were able to get by just fine. Even with these negative comments, none were real issues at all and we would absoutely recommend that people stay at San Leo.

Our cottage was wonderful and a joy to stay at. Patricia was a great host and gave us lots of helpful information. The farm is in a beautiful setting and has a relaxed feel to it. We really enjoyed our stay.

In mezzo alla campagna e a stretto contatto con la natura, questo splendido casale è l'ideale per un weekend, ma anche per un soggiorno più lungo. La signora Patrizia, proprietaria dell'agriturismo, si è mostrata estremamente disponibile per tutta la durata del nostro (purtroppo breve) soggiorno e parla perfettamente anche inglese e francese. La struttura è a 10 minuti in macchina da Greve e Radda in Chianti. Vivamente consigliato.

A voler cercare il pelo nell'uovo, renderei un po' più ricco il buffet della prima colazione, aggiungendo del salato. Anche se, vista la genuinità dei prodotti (ottime torte e confetture fatte in casa), mi sembra un tema trascurabile.

Definitely worth the efforts to go! Great great place with large rooms and fantastic views. Stars can be clearly seen under normal weather condition. The sunrise was marvelous to watch. Stay as many days as you potentially could! 绝对值得一去!

Luogo incantevole e molto rilassante, struttura accogliente e dotata di tutte le comodita, personale molto disponibile e riservato, prezzo molto interessante. Bellissimo l'appartamento Limonaia anche per il nostro bambino di 3 anni.

Когда ты стоишь на балконе (патио) по утру с чашечкой кофе, а на тебя, из рощи оливковых деревьев выходит благороднй олень с рогами размером с руку, стоит и смотрит не сильно пугаясь...ну что тут ещё добавить... Красное вино отличного качества, оливковое масло, антипасти - собственного производства, просторный бассейн, шезлонги. Радушная хозяйка. Обратите внимание - подьезд по грунтовке ( с километр)не гоните (я ухитрился замять порог) Поворот с асфальта на дорожку к отелю "невразумительный" не пропустите. Отель в категории агротуризм - вполне подходит для остановки даже на неделю. Рек.

La disponibilità e l'ospitalità della struttura

Perfetto! Luogo da favola, paesaggi splendidi, estrema cordialità e ospitalità dello staff. Ideale per chi cerca relax e contatto con la natura, lontani dal caos della città. Da sottolineare lo spirito vero della struttura (incredibilmente bella), con annessa azienda agricola...un agriturismo vero! Non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci

санлео - прекрасное место, если вы являетесь поклонником агротуризма или просто устали от городской суеты. здесь можно, открыв окно утром, любоваться долинами с виноградниками, следить за полетом ласточек, вдыхать ароматы лаванды и тимьяна; а вечером изучать млечный путь, можно прям из джакузи. )) из нюансов – это все же не отель, так что будьте готовы выносить за собой мусор, и не забудьте шампуни и прочие принадлежности. рекомендую также попробовать поужинать в резиденции )

Vriendelijke behulpzame mensen in een ontspannen omgeving waar wij en de kinderen een heerlijke week hebben gehad :-) Het ontbijt en diner zijn heerlijk, je zit lekker buiten met alle gasten op de binnenplaats. De kinderen spelen tussen de gangen door met elkaar terwijl je zelf geniet van de warmte en de wijn. Centraal gelegen tussen de mooie steden midden in het Chianti wijngebied. Je rijdt de laatste 800 mtr over een onverhard landweggetje om er te komen, maar dan heb je ook wat!

Bijzonder leuk kader (fattoria, agriturismo), zeer gastvrije mensen en super lekker en vers eten aan een ongelooflijke prijs (voor-hoofd-na @ € 18 pp). De kamers zijn smaakvol en met respect voor de historie ingericht.

Zeer luidruchtige kikkers 's nachts !!

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf in San Leo. Patricia zorgde ervoor dat we volop van de toscaanse cultuur konden genieten. Het appartement was erg smaakvol en comfortabel ingericht. Alles was aanwezig, van kookpot, afwasmiddel, afwasmachine tot handdoeken en lakens. Prachtig zwembad en tuin, mooie omgeving, zeer vriendelijke uitbaters. We werden warm ontvangen, voelden ons echt welkom. Er is de mogelijkheid (maar geen verplichting) om 's morgens en 's avonds te eten. Deze maaltijden zijn echt aanraders! Het verblijf is ideaal gelegen tussen Pisa, Firenze en Siena.

Misschien wel goed om de coördinaten te vermelden. Het verblijf ligt zo afgelegen dat zelfs de nieuwste gps de straat niet kon vinden. Een speeltuintje of speelweide zou aangenaam zijn voor jonge kinderen.

Hele mooie plek met vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren.

Het is een heerlijke plek. Prachtige omgeving. Bijzonder hartelijke gastvrouw. Prachtig en ruim appartement. Schitterende tuin. Kortom geweldig.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich Empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Sorgfalt renoviert, die Residenza ist schon eher ein kleines Schloss. Die Aussicht auf das Arnotal und die umliegenden Hügel ist grandios. Das angebotene Abendessen und der Wein waren preiswert und sehr gut. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Chianti, nach Florenz, für Wanderungen in die umliegenden Hügel oder einfach um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Es gibt viele markierte Wanderwege, einer geht direkt an der Residenza vorbei. Bis Florenz braucht man ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto, nach Greve ca. 20 Minuten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder.

Une très bonne adresse, que je recommande ! a ne pas hésitez! . L'accueil y est chaleureux, les repas sont excellents le tout confectionné avec des produits de la ferme. Vous serrez au petit soin et charmé par l'amabilité et la gentillesse de Patrizia. Nous avons séjourné dans le cottage qui spacieux, aménagé avec goût et cachet. Excellent rapport qualité prix !

L'accueil chaleureux , la disponibilité de la propriétaire , le concept de la chambre d'hôte, les animations prévues en saison , le côté écologique de la production , le confort et le style de l'appartement , le cadre , la région , le petit déjeuner ... tout !!!

מקום יפהפה, חווה עתיקה עם דירות בגדלים שונים משופצות בטוב טעם. קיבלנו יחס חם מפרנצ'סקה בעלת הבית. ניתן לקנות במקום מצרכים המיוצרים בחווה. המטבחון בדירה מאובזר : יש מדיח, מיקרו, כיריים (חבל שאין סבון כלים). הארוחות מוגשות בבית בד שהוסב לחדר אוכל-מאוד מעניין. ישנה בריכת שחיה במקום אך היינו בתחילת האביב, כך שהבריכה לא פעלה.
