Great location and reasonable rooms for the price

Hotel address is different to reception address.

Outside of building looked a bit worrying but once inside it couldnt have been better.

The staff were really nice and helpful, the building was an old palazzo and very dramatic. The location is unbeatable.

I was in a single room at the back and it was small, hot and there was nowhere to put the suitcase and have the windows open at the same time. If I went again, I would ask for a room with a bigger table space (wasn't even big enough to put my 11 inch computer on it!). Also the toilet is inside the shower - bad design!

This is the second time I have stayed here in two months - great location, very clean rooms, relatively quiet and very secure. The rooms are pretty spacious too!

Location

Strange set-up. No personnel at building, except room staff when guest is not there. If you need assistance you have to walk to another building 300 meters away or use your own phone to call other reception. More strange management charges 35 euros for late check-in because the have to have staff member waiting for you. Management refuses to put on the bill the extra charge and city tax, which causes problems for business travellers claiming expenses.

Nadia was friendly and very helpful with our many questions during this first trip to Rome. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city...with easy access to food, drink, bus, taxi, and historic sites. You can walk to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and churches galore. We look forward to a return stay!

La chambre était moderne, spacieuse, confortable et calme.

Il n'y avait pas de "vraie" fenêtre.

チェックインの時間が遅くなることを連絡していたのに、到着時にいなかったので、少し焦りました。（電話し- て10分くらいで来てくれました）壁が薄いのか、近くの部屋の声が聞こえます。

Vrij duur voor uitsluitend een kamer zonder hotelfaciliteiten. Om de dag schone handdoeken maar onvoldoende drooggelegenheid. Receptie op afstand niet handig.

in pieno centro, non abbiamo mai preso un mezzo. ottima la posizione su piazza navona e campo dei fiori.

De douchestraal had iets harder gemogen, maar dat is dan ook echt het enige minpuntje. En trouwens, wij waren daar snel aan gewend ;)

отель очень удачно расположен, из окна видна кампо-де-фьори, до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. убирали каждый день, обнаружили неработающий фен, оставили записку-фен тут же заменили. рецепшн располагается по адресу, указанному на букинге, наш номер располагался в соседнем доме. как это на деле: на подъезде домофон с названием отеля, звоните, вам отвечают, вы говорите "хэлло, май нейм .....". вам отвечают "секунду", спускается девушка и с ключами ведет вас в соседний дом. потолки в номерах высоченные, метра 4, и вид на рим и его крыши. на этаже есть кофеварка, кофе, чай, сахар, термос, чашки - можно попить кофе.

если окна будут выходить на улицу-будет шумновато, все таки под окнами оживленная автомобильная дорога.

Muito bem localizado. Quartos bastante amplo.

Nos hospedamos em dois quartos diferentes. Em um deles, era necessário subir uma escada extremamente estreita (o que se torna complicado com malas). Já o outro tinha um cheiro muito ruim vindo não sei de onde.

Posizione centrale e ben servita, Camera piccola ma confortevole. Bollitore in camera. Personale molto cortese.

A localizaçao é realmente a melhor, pois para além da proximidade ao centro histórico da cidade, era possível fazer as principais refeições a Trastevere, ficando bem mais económico, bem como aceder às principais linhas de bus e eléctrico. Por dispor apenas de 7 (ou 8) quartos, a residência torna-se bastante acolhedora e familiar. A limpeza do exterior, bem como do interior do quarto, quando comparada com outros hotéis de outras capitais, é sem dúvida excelente! Os funcionários foram sp muito amáveis e disponíveis, até porque no ultimo dia deixamos as malas na residência, após o check-out, para podermos desfrutar durante toda a tarde.

O único senão da residência foi ter de subir até ao 2º andar com as malas, pois o elevador nao estava a funcionar. De todos os dias que lá estivemos a situaçao nao se alterou o que se torna bastante incómodo para alguém cansado de passear ao final do dia, e no nosso caso, com a minha esposa grávida.

Sólo la ubicación y limpieza!

Que no hay recepción, no hay desayunos, que no hay elevador son dos pisos grandes, que se oye todo de los cuartos vecinos, que no tiene un letrero que diga -aquí es un Hotel- nos costo allarlo.

La situation géographique. Le rapport qualité prix correct. L'accueil d'une partie du personnel (hélas pas tout le monde).

Le manque de visibilité sur l'extérieur, qui donne l'impression d'être enfermé. Le bruit très présent malgré les doubles vitrages.
