WE adored this B&B. It was perfect in everyway. Jovanna at the front desk is so very very lovely. The location is superb with good piazza's close by and wonderful cafe's and restaurants. The breakfast was much more than adequate and very very good. We were completely pleased to be there.
We loved everything !!!!
Loved it. Very accommodating. Great front desk, helpful. the room was clean, good bed, nice porch outside. Location was perfect to explore Trastevere. Large bathrooms.
Very helpful staff, good rooms and an excellent location: a central and lively location but situated on a quiet side street.
The accomodation was quiet and well priced. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed having a drink and canapes at their sister hotel around the corner under the orange trees as recommended
There was no one on the reception desk in the afternoon ( I think someone had rung in sick). This is always a challenge when you are in a foreign country and cant speak the language
Nice room, nice mattress, nice pillow. Easy access to Trastevere restaurants and other main sights.
Wifi in the room was shocking - actually not useable.
The hotel is located in Trastavere, requiring a bit of a trek into city centre, but balanced with a more relaxed atmosphere, and surrounded by a limitless number of excellent restaurants. Thoroughly recommended.
Only the walk to get to city attractions or public transport.
Good breakfast, great location. My room had a small, covered patio.
Wi-Fi worked well in the lobby but unfortunately no Wi-Fi in the room.
Our group of six had two rooms. We were very happy with the rooms, very good showers and the lovely terrace area and lobby. Happily surprised at level of comfort after hearing all Roman hotels were small with hard beds! Not the case here at all! Felt very much at home, especially nice to return to after a day of touring. Located in an interesting area with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast.
Most of the staff was execellent though one person was a bit gruff. Front desk only manned in morning which was OK with us, but a bit surprising. Realized we had to ask any questions early in day!
Location in Trastevere, but only if plan to visit Trastevere. Nice and comfortable room.
This hotel was in the best location, the staff were so friendly & helpful. The rooms were really clean & the breakfast was perfect with lovely coffee. We couldn't of asked for more in our short stay in rome. We would use this quaint hotel again on our next visit.
The only downside to the hotel was you could only get wifi in reception. But this was fine as we were to busy exploring the beautiful city anyway.
Great staff, excellent location in quaint neighborhood with many restaurants & bars, walking distance of all the major sites of Rome
The small, homey atmosphere and the location. While we didn't deal face to face with staff, they were excellent via emails.
No direct access for the taxi/ arrivals.
Bang on main Trastevere area. Cosy place.
Poor wifi. Not very easy to locate initially and no directions were sent.
Great location in heart of Trastevere, lovely staff (when they were on duty). Very quiet.
Supposed problem with pre-authorisation of credit card (very stressful). Mix-up with type of room booked but no staff on duty to sort it out until next morning.
the location was excellent and the hotel had a wee bit of quirky character. The breakfast was good and served/helped by a very cheerful and helpful member of staff.
cant think of nay real complaints!
Great location, staff is very nice, good room!
Located in the midst of the old trastevere neighborhood. Quiet street. Nice breakfast. Gated door/access code entry.
Ambiance....Clean....Heart of everything.
Loved the staff, the location, the entire hotel. It was lovely and we will stay again!
the beds were a bit hard, but that is such a small complaint.
Location Staff was great Breakfast Atmosphere
The location was fine, it was like being one of the locals.
There is nothing to state that the apartment is separate from the hotel. It's 10 minutes away from the hotel itself and as such a different location.
Great staff, great location, great hotel
Not much to fault to be honest, if being really picky all I could fault was the wifi signal!
the room, the breakfast, the staff, the intimity
We loved everything about it - wish we could have stayed longer.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. And the breakfast was plentiful and varied with excellent made-to-order coffees by very helpful kitchen staff. The location in Trastevere was also very convenient within walking distance to major tourism sites and not far from several restaurants. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
The wifi was good, but only available in the lounge, not in the rooms. And in our room (#4), we had some problems with the window curtains: they came off the rail easily. Also the flower of the shower was slippery and required caution.
