The closeness to all of the sites in Rome that were on our list were in reasonable walking distance. The hotel was unpretentious and friendly The breakfast was more than adequate. Our room was very warm and there was plenty of hot water. We loved the area. It had everything that we needed.

The chap in the breakfast room never once smiled nor displayed any friendliness. He could have been having bad days when we were there so this not a complaint, merely an observation.

Everything were very nice. Very good location, reasonable prices, very pleasant and comfortable rooms, hotel staff helpful, complete breakfast.

The hotel was very good value for money, in a quiet location, and yet was within easy reach of all the major attractions of Rome.

Route directions and transport information was not as helpful as it might have been. Having failed to fathom the bus routes, it was quite a long hot walk from the railway station to the hotel. Subsequently we discovered a bus could have taken us directly there.

The hotel is very cosy and situated in a perfect place surrounded by nice small cafes and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In few words, we felt as comfortably as we were at home.

The Hotel is located in a wonderful area with lost of small street with restaurants, café, ... and closed to the Center of Rome. The staff is really friendly and ready to meet all your requests. The rooms are lovely, clean and big enough for a city trip stay!

The only weak point could be the area for the breakfast which is bit dark because located -1 without any windows.

The Hotel is perfectly situated within 15 minutes walking distance from the main monuments in Rome. On top of this, some of the best restaurants of Rome are in this area, lovely to walk around in the evening.

The rooms are too small for 4 people and have no window to outside - just to an inner court. Which is good to avoid the potential noise but personally, I need to see the daylight.

This small and charming hotel is in an excellent location in the Trastevere section of Rome. Very close to the Pratt Institute Rome Program studio and apartments, so was just right for visiting my son who is studying architecture there this semester. Many restaurants are nearby, and a fairly short walk to the taxi stand. Roberto was kind and very helpful.

As others have noted previously, the walls are quite thin - if you're in the triple room which has windows that open onto an inner courtyard, you can hear everything that is said in the courtyard and hall, but this would not prevent my staying here again. Room was somewhat stuffy, as we couldn't get the air conditioning/fan unit to work.

very nice clean hotel in the middle of Trastvere, very nice staff ,they are friendly and give good advice for restaurants. They served a good breakfast and we emjoyed our stay very much and will tell all our friends to go to Rome and stay in this place

Well located hotel within walking distance of main sites. Extremely friendly and helpful hotel staff. Excellent buffet breakfast, comfortable and clean room with nice decor.

The hotel was very comfortable and new, all decorated in old world Italian style. Absolutely gorgeous. The staff spoke very good english and were extremely helpful. We hated to leave.
