Perfect location for city trip tourist - 3-7 min walking distance to subway station, Vatican Museums, St. Peter's square and cathedral. Clean, cozy and calm atmosphere. Really enjoyed.

The only thing I would recommend improving is to have better visibility/signs on how to get to the hotel.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. The location and the facilities are very good.

The staff usually wasn't at the apartment.

The owner called me and gave me all informations how to get there, the room were very clean, spacious, own toilet. The hotel is just one corner from Vatican and 5 minutes walking from the Metro station. The location is the best possible. Higly recommended

The breakfast is in a bar beside the hotel, when the owner was there, they were very friendly, when he wasnt, we had not a good treatment.

It is right next to the Vatican Walls on the side of Vatican Museum, thus it is centrally located. The St Peter's Square is a walking distance away as well as the Ottaviano subway station which connects to most of Rome's places of interest. Restaurants and fastfood stores are around the area (i love gelato!). Mr. Carlo Telisi does a good job running the place. Good value for money and credit card payment is accepted.

The guy that runs the place has been very flexible and let us check-in at 1:00am (make sure you inform in in advance) and offered us information and tips on things to see and do in Rome. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The location is also great and well connected to the rest of the city.

The shower is a little small

Very good location near restaurants, the metro and Vatican City. The rooms were nice, comfortable and very clean.

The rooms and bathrooms are small. The breakfast was just ok- coffee, juice and a pastry.

the room was very clean, basic but includes most of the things needed. there was good hairdryer in the bathroom. the location is very close to the metro station and the Vatican museum which was great. easy to access to the city during the metro hours, otherwise 15-20 EUR taxi from the center ( Piazza Navona). Despite previous locations I have stayed, I can tell that it was quite silent place ( except from the garbage trucks).

There is only one mirror in the room which is in the bathroom, there is definitely needed one big mirror in the room. we stayed in the triple room and it was hard to get ready.. there is not enough hangers to hang the towels in the bathroom.

there is fantastic place, new furniture, new bathroom, all new and very nice. The room was big, bath rather small, but comforty. Exelent localization near entry to Vatican Museum. Near busus and matro, but you can go a walk everywhere in the old city from this apartments. Nice bistro for breakfast ( sweet eating). under tje rooms many restaurants, shops, caffes and others. The Owner very nice. Super price for this localisations. We don,t pay for 3years-old boy :))

A localização é otima, a poucos metros do vaticano e algumas quadras da estacao do metro. A equipe é atenciosa e cordial. Recomendo.O Quarto é limpo e confortavel.

Quando reservei nao me atentei que era rezidenza ou seja é fica num predio remodelado de residencia para hospedaria, por isto nao fica recepcionista 24h é importante avisar o horario de chegada.

Gastvrij ontvangen, uitstekende locatie, schoon.

Kleine (bad)kamer maar dat vinden wij bijzaak. Alles was brandschoon.

Ottima posizione x girare la città. Metro, bus e ristoranti. Ottima struttura, pulita ed arredata con gusto. Il titolare, Carlo, simpatico e disponibile. La sig.ra ke si occupa della pulizia delle camere ripone anke I vestiti nell armadio....fantastico! La colazione al bar lux jem (compresa nel prezzo) ottima e tutto il personale fantastico x gentilezza e disponibilità. Fanno anke ristorante....nn potete perdere la loro pasta alla gricia un vero delirio dei sensi e I loro gelati di produzione propria! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Arredò e pulizia

Posizione straordinaria, a due passi dal Vaticano. Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera ampia, ben arredata e molto confortevole. Vicino ai mezzi (compresa la metro) e a parecchi negozi.

Forse un po' rumoroso, ma non si può pretendere altro data la posizione così centrale. Comunque, basta chiudere le persiane per dormire tranquilli.

L'accoglienza e la flessibilità della prenotazione

In bagno la doccia a volte ha poca pressione. Fino a mezzanotte la camera dove ero non era silenziosissima

La habitacion era acogedora aunque el baño es muy pequeño.

Los desayunos me parecen flojos
