Enjoy a more independent vacation experience at Residenza Sveva. Try the new ‘albergo diffuso’ concept, where hotel rooms and facilities are spread around the town, in 4 central locations. A stay in one of Residenza Sveva’s rooms offers you a unique chance for greater interaction with the locals and means you’ll really get to know Termoli’s historic downtown. All accommodation is situated within the town’s old walls, meaning whichever room you are given, you will be in the heart of town, just short walking distance from Termoli’s beaches and port as well as restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. All of Residenza Sveva’s individually designed rooms are bright and well-furnished, some offering sea views. Most come with balconies and satellite TV and all come with minibars. Beach service is included in your rate: enjoy use of a beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers at a nearby beach for your whole stay. Residenza Sveva’s main hotel building is found in Piazza Duomo, just steps away from Termoli’s port. The reception, where you can talk to friendly staff and use Sveva’s free Wi-Fi internet connection is located here. A tasty sweet and savory breakfast buffet is served here each morning in the breakfast room or on the terrace. Hotel Rooms: 15 Most recent booking for this hotel was at 17:38 from Italy.

Above all we liked the decor of the room that was so welcoming. Warm tones and colors set us at rest immediately after quite a long drive. That evening we were able to stroll to the hotel's restaurant for dinner and were met with a great menu and enjoyed our meal so much that we'd go back just to go there again. Breakfast the next morning was in another building, but only a stroll away, and was again a beautifully decorated room with really friendly and helpful staff. The cappucino was good, breakfast selection abundant and we felt very rested even after only staying one night. We'd definitely book here again. A gorgeous town surrounds the hotel as well, we can only imagine what it must be like in summer! The room was a little too hot and we weren't able to figure out how to turn the heating down. It was exceptionally cold outside though so maybe it was a thermostat issue. We still slept quite well however!

Both the young man on duty at reception when we arrived and the older man on duty at breakfast the following morning seemed cold and unwelcoming, as if they were doing us a favor and they would rather not have been bothered. We did not encounter this anywhere else during our two weeks in Italy.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were well furnished, clean and had air conditioning. Termoli old town where the hotel is situated is fantastic with excellant restaurants. Free entry to the clean beach. Requested 3 & a 2 person room together and that is what was supplied.

In addition to the great staff and the comfortable room, I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It is situated in the heart of the "ancient" city which features an old castle and narrow cobblestone streets. My room had a lovely view of the sea and beach front. It was lovely to stroll around the area - only pedestrians allowed. There were many nice restaurants, cafes, and boutiques.

Very good location in the old town. The room was without any view. The only window was at top of the room. No possible to park a car near the hotel. A man at the reception advice me to park a car at the street in the town. The next day in the town was manefestation and my car was evacuated by police as it was parked on the way of manefestants. So I was obliged to pay 119 euro penalties. After that I did not receive any discount. Very poor breakfast.

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Also the location in the histirical centre was very nice. The access to the rooms is quite inconvenient due to the external stairs which are estremely steep.

Ottima posizione, simpatica delocalizzazzione delle camere. Area colazione poco curata.

Mooie, nette, goed verzorgde kamer. Prima locatie.

Masseria Grande
The family-run Masseria Grande is set in a truly spectacular location surrounded by fields, vineyards and olive groves. It is also close to the sandy beaches of Termoli.
