Spacious apartments with all required amenities. Kitchen was not fully equiped but it was already low season. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments are modern (2006), spacious, and well equipped. There are beautiful views from the balcony. There are several beaches within a short cycle and bicycles can be rented at the apartments. There were some ants coming from outdoors, but perhaps this is to be expected in the countryside. |

Good reception by the staff, reaaly took his time to explain about the accommodation. Internet access only in the reception area. Would be easier to have it in the room as well. |

beautiful views from balcony.high up in hills with countryside feel with views of coast & only 5mins in car to nearest beach which although busy was sandy & crystal clear sea. no air-conditioning...close to main road so traffic noise if sleeping with windows open.swimming pool was shut for 2 days for maintainance. |

The location of the apartments is beautiful with a nice view of the island. The property is slightly elevated which means that even in hot weather there is usually a nice breeze. The apartment itself is a good size with separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. Staff are very friendly. Avoid booking the breakfast service, as what is on offer (tea/coffee, croissants) is not worth 6 Euros. |

We cancelled our reservation in another hotel and booked this one at 10 p.m. Man from reception was very helpful and came from home to give us a key from the room. Apartment is very modern and big. We enjoyed our stay very much. |

The complex is new, and everything in the room was brand new and clean. Nice see view on your own terrace. Wifi available during day time around the reception area. |

Contorno immerso nella natura, vista sulla baia di Portoferraio e sulle montagne circostanti (il tramonto e l'alba erano momenti molto belli), tranquillità (fine settembre), personale molto disponibile e cordiale. La posizione tranquilla e (relativamente) isolata impone di avere un mezzo di trasporto per raggiungere le diverse mete dell'isola in poco tempo, nonchè per fare spesa se si desidera mangiare in appartamento. |

tranquillità del posto, pulizia della camera e della intera struttura, distanza dal mare non elevata, possibilità di raggiungere la spiaggia in 10 minuti d'auto mancanza aria condizionata in camera, anche se non necessaria durante i giorni della ns permanenza, |

La struttura è nuova, arredata con gusto, e la posizione è particolamente centrale all'isola, in 10/12 minuti si raggiugono portoferraio, Capoliveri e porto azzurro e quindi tutte le spiagge della zona. Certo la mancanza dell'aria condizionata si è sentita, suggerirei di installare l'impinato...peccato che non sia stao presisposto in fase di realizzo della struttura. |

E' in posizione strategica, si vede il mare e si trova immerso nel verde! Dovrebbero trovare una soluzione per la viottola di terra che porta alla serie di appartamenti soprastanti, le auto (che non rispettano il limite), percorrendola alzano polvere. |

Appartamento molo carino, moderno, pulito e funzionale.Ottima anche la posizione,vicina alla maggior parte dei paesi.E' immerso nel verde e fuori dalla confusione Ci sono parecchie formiche,cmq la reception dispone dello spray.Consiglierei di mettere l'aria condizionata è l'unica cosa che manca all'appartamento. |

E' una struttura nuova moderna e ben tenuta.La sua ubicazione è strategica: facile da raggiungere, vicina ai luoghi di maggior interesse ed in campagna: lontana dal rumore e sovraffolamento estivo. Si dorme con le finestre aperte e si sentono i grilli ed il giorno è fresco, silenzioso e si vede il mare. Si cucina con facilità (il pesce locale è ottimo) evitando orari, tariffe e regole dei ristoranti. La presenza di una piscina era stata un elemento determinante a scegliere il posto. Aveva però un orario d'accesso in vasca ridotto (ore 10-12 \ 16-18, non specificato, credo, nella descrizione della struttura) e quindi praticamente inutilizzabile. |
