Everything was great.Warm welcome by Francesco, who is a fantastic proprietor. He gave us a map and showed us places of interest nearby. He also kindly lent us an informative book on Florence. Also shortly after arrival we were offered lunch which was amazing, all beautifully presented and a great selection as were our breakfasts each morning. The staff were also lovely and I must also make special mention of Victoria who is absolutely charming with great service. This is the best place we stayed in on our month long trip in Europe and I would highly recommend it.Lovely decor and sumptuous huge marble bathroom.A delight to return to after a long tiring day sight seeing. |

The family who managed the hotel is very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. We arrived late afternoon and we had skipped lunch during the travel to Florence, after we checked in we were given drinking water, some fresh fruit and light snack, a very nice gesture. Stayed for 3 nights with family members, our room was comfortable with a great view for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again!! |

The care of the friendly lady that makes the breakfast and cleans the rooms! The bathroom was very clean and very bigg in marmer, really relaxing... At night the noice was really unbearable at times. The hotel should definitely do something about that. After the first night, we immediately bought something to put in our ears at the pharmacy. But everything else was absolutely perfect! |

The residence is very well located on the banks of the Arno river. The residence is very well and proudly kept by the manager, who is a great person. The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is also very good. We really enjoyed our time in Florence and in Residenza Vespucci. |

It was near the centre and the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with a variety of hot and cold food, there was something different everyday. The room and bathroom was spotless. The only problem was the noise outside, even with the windows closed you could hear the traffic and it started quite early in the morning! |

Everything. The hospitality was brilliant. The room given to us exceeded our expectations. It had marvelous views overlooking the river. It is very well located. You can easily walk to all major attractions. The breakfast was really good, we have been offered also some typical food for breakfast (mozzarella di buffola, cheese with pear mousse, eggs with barleyand gnocchi) not as stated by other reviewers. I recommend it by far. Nothing it was just perfect. |

It was very comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was the best we've had in Italy! The location was ok for the value. Even though the bathroom only for our use was very big, clean and nice, it was not attached. We had to go through a hallway shared by another room to it. I would recommend this hotel but just make sure to ask for a bathroom attached. |

Perfect location, run by very kind family. We felt like we are not in a hotel, but guests in their home. First night we stayed in a room facing back narrow street, the room was big with very big and nice bathroom. And we stayed 2 nights in a room with river view - smaller with a small bathroom, but the view from the window was beautiful. Parking a bit far and cost 24 Euro per day. |

the breakfast, the helpful hosts, the clearness, the nice people that we have breakfast together, the position of the hotel near the centre and over the river, the view of the room,[river, sunset, bridges],the nice restaurant[carrozze]nearby, the atmosphair of the hotel ,the feeling of privacy. sometimes the noise of the street was annoying and we would prefear to have our bathroom in the room[its fanny to search a cloth desent to visit your-excellent-bathroom in the midle of the night..]but we can solve this problem coming with our friends next time and keep all the department for us... |

The suites were lovely, the location was perfect, the breakfast buffet outstanding, but best of all is the entire staff. They are the most accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to make us want to be there and to want to come back. The only thing I did not like was that I had to leave. |

I really felt very comfortable and at home at the hotel, and it's individual design and feel. The staff were also very personable and helpful in pointing out food, shopping and sights. The location was absolutely amazing, and we had a balcony overlooking that cool bridge and all the river. I would have liked to stay longer but that's all! |

The central location overlooking the Arno River and within walking distance to all interesting places in town were perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Service was perfect. Although it wasn’t obvious that this is a B&B the private atmosphere was in some way interesting. A bathroom outside the room is not what we prefer (there are other rooms with bath inside). Heavy traffic was annoying even with the windows closed (again there are better suited rooms as well). |

The location cannot be beat and the view across the Arno is spectacular. From the balcony, you can see at least 7 major art venues. The bath is a bit cramped but the positives more than make up for it. |

Not only is this hotel excellently located right by the Ponte Vecchio, but it also has a panoramic roof terrace for a relaxing meal or drink whilst admiring the beautiful Florence skyline. |
The address says it all! Overlooking the beautiful church of Santa Maria Novella, Rosso23 is a modern hotel in an ancient building, set right in the heart of Florence. |
Located in the historical centre of Florence, just a few steps away from the cathedral and the city's main museums, the hotel offers an ideal location for exploring this famous art city. |
