Residenza XX Settembre

Very clean. Close to Lake Como and Swiss Border. Very good facilities for cooking, breakfast, etc. Great communication from the owner/management. Very convenient check-in/out. All good for us.

Could use extra pillows and there was no paper towels for the kitchen. But all is great, works for us!

Very nice apartments. 10 minutes by car from Como, 20 minutes from Lugano, close to the shopping outlet center Metsinger Fox.

Quiet neighborhood.

Thinest walls I ve ever been. You definetily need transportation it' s about 5-10 minutes by car fom Como.

The property is well positioned, a few kms away from the Como town centre and a few hundred metres away from the Swiss border (Conveniently there are petrol stations positioned there and the petrol in Switzerland is 25% cheaper than Italy). There was a decent kitchenette, washing machine in the bathroom and we had 2 separate sleeping areas.

As with many Italian properties, there is no air conditioning. This made the upstairs area useless due to the Summer heat. There are mosquitos therefore you open up at your own risk. We had to pile the kids mattresses on the bottom level and cover ourselves is insect repellant and run a fan to try and keep cool. The Wifi system was also problematic, kept on dropping in and out. Similar issues with the tv. Our booking advised that was breakfas was included. We were advised on check-in there was no breakfast. This is unacceptable.

We visited for a friends wedding we were on a tight budget and price is what swayed us towards these appartments. On arrival we were presently surprised and delighted with our choice, our appartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, had a very comfy bed, even big plasma tv!!! I have stayed in 4 star rated appartments and they havent been as nice as Residenza x x Settembre. If we return to Lake Como again we would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend these appartments to everyone.

the hotel was clean they provide us with every thing

This was very close to the Swiss boarder and was good for us, as a family with kids. It was clean and new. It was not too far from the Lake of Como and the town of Cernobbio and that was beautiful. the check in system, with pin code, was good and worked well.

It was in a quiet location, a little far from the lake. Aslo, there was not much of a viiew.

Le spugne per lavare i piatti ecc.buttate come fossero spazzature,consiglierei per ogni persona che soggiorna delle spugne nuove inballate.Divano letto non tanto confortevole si sentivono le molle sulla schiena,preferilbilmente da controllare

Nagyon jól felszerelt szállás, jó ár, új fürdőszoba.

Csak olaszul beszélnek.

в апартаментах чисто и уютно, перед заселением пришло письмо с кодом доступа в номер, очень удобно, т.к. нет необходимости встречаться с персоналом чтобы получить ключи. в 50 метрах расположена граница со швейцарией, можно лекго и быстро добраться до лугано.

по близости практически нет ни одного ресторана или кафе, очень не удобно в позднее время.

Beaucoup de bruit 2 nuits sur 5 et pas de solution malgré notre signalement à la responsable l'escalier intérieur devrait être insonorisé (en tôle actuellement)

Estuvimos 3 dias,es un lugar que tiene 6 departamentos(dos por piso,por escaleras) esta todo a nuevo,el departamento tiene un salon con sofa,kitchinet,tv,internet,otro dormitorio,banio con lavarropas,es suficiente para cuatro personas,en la heladera hay suficiente para el desayuno,no hace falta contacto con el personal,al lado vive una seniora que se encarga de las cosas,para nosotros fue justo lo que buscamos,lo recomendamos

Faltan utencilios en la cocina y la ubicacion del lugar queda cerca de la frontera con suiza y dias feriados hay largas colas de autos que quieren llegar a suiza y esto demora mucho llegar a la residenza

Hotel admin charge us 1 day before date of free cancellation in booking confiramtion without any advanced notification. Poor Wi-fi. No teakettle in apartment. We were staying for the 3 days and no breackfast renewal - we have food for 3 days just we see on arrival. No toilet paper renewal.

Posizione molto vicina alla frontiera Svizzera e tranquilla. Ambio parcheggio, arredo nuovo e pulito. Lo staff accogliente e molto discreto. Consiglierei di arricchire la cucina.

Tollerabile l'assenza del segnale televisivo, non tollerabile invece, la mancanza (molto scarso) del segnale wi-fi.

La posizione vicinissima a Como ma contemporaneamente tranquilla
