La Residenza is located in the most luxure and fine street of rome, other hotel with this quality on that location could cost you doble, is awesome the staff is very friendly and helpful, there is a personal computer in the rooms where you can browse emails edit documents print and etc, very helpful, would stay again no matter what.

Reasonable location in terms of walking to attractions. However, Via Veneto is an expensive area, more so that other areas near by.

To sum up - over priced and average. Very much like the area the 'hotel' resides in. Breakfast was the poorest we have had in a long time. It got progressively worse each day. Not the freshest of foods and the toast and coffee we served cold each day. Staff are satisfactory, nothing more. They will tend to your needs but would it really hurt to do it with a hint of joy? Hotel is over priced for what you get. Rooms are smaller than they appear in professional pictures.

Very well located specially if you wish to visit the Galleria Borghese. Very nice environment near the Park. Surprisingly quiet even if located on Via Veneto. (My room gave on the courtyard.)

There is no breakfast room. The "hotel" is located on the second floor of a residential/ office building Do not be scared away by the entrance.... The hotel is much better... There is no breakfast room. You can either have breakfast in your room, which is fine for a solo traveller, (but would not be for a couple) or have it at the cafe downstairs.

location , eventhough a little bir far from Metro. Breakfast in room or at the cafe downstair. much better.

no wi-fi in rooms. Only lan connections.

great place to stay in an amazing city... just enough distance from the very heart of the city to escape the noise and tourists ;-), but close enough to see all the sights in no time at all.

Breakfast was fine but wasn't great,

it feels like home,very central,the staff very helppful

the only complaint is the rooms next to the reception are relatively noisy.if possible avoid them

Η τοποθεσία, πολυ κοντά σε ολα τα αξιοθέατα, η καθαριότητα του δωματίου και το πρωϊνό στο δωμάτιο.

Ελλειψη ηχομόνωσης στα δωμάτια, με αποτέλεσμα να κάνουν οι άλλοι μπάνιο και νε σε ξυπνάνε.

σε γενικές γραμμές πολύ συμπαθητικό ξενοδοχείο.βρίσκεται στη Via Venetto σε ένα διαμέρισμα του 1 ορόφου.καλό θα ήταν να δείτε πρώτα ένα βίντεο του ξενοδοχείο στο youtube ώστε να έχετε πλήρη εικόνα!το πρωινό σερβίρεται στο δωμάτιο.η περιοχή θεωρείται από τις καλύτερες και ακριβότερες της ρώμης αλλά για να επιστρέψεις από το piazza Venezzia , piazza di spagna κ.λ.π.έχει ανηφόρα!!!

Piccolo design hotel molto accogliente con camere pulitissime con letto grande e tutti I comforts di un albergo di categoria, fra cui un pc Apple collegato in rete. La colazione servita in camera è ricca ed abbondante. Il personale è cortese e simpatico ed attento alle tue richieste.

Ben tenuto ed arredato, bagno e stanza confortevoli

Desayuno incluido en la habitacion!!!!
