I like leaving the hotel. Stay away!!! For $160 a night you get the wrist night ever.
Everything. Their breakfast is a joke (croissant on a bag and coffee from a machine), customer service is terrible, toilet was broken because when you use it you have to flush with a bucket of water. No one at the reception to answer questions or to even pay your bill, no maps, no directions, room as very very small. This place is a disaster.
Good lacation, about 10 minutes walk from Venezia S. Lucia but a bit quite at night. Easy to walk to centre.
No elevator. So, it's not suitable with the person who has a big / many luggages.
Well located, we were allowed to enter our room even before 12. We were also allowed to leave our luggage inside the hotel until we had to go to the airport.
- The room itself smelt like a toilet which hasn't been cleaned for years - for sleeping the window must be opened - even though we had winter, the blanket was too thin - toilet Paper had to arranged by ourselves - no one cares if there is some or not - no towels - rather bedsheets - no cleaning of the shared bathroom - wafer-thin walls (you will hear everything of your neighbours) - breakfast was supposed to be included, but neither the coffee machine was working nor anything to eat was offered - wlan is not really working
Roomy, comfortable bed and a small breakfast provided.
Hard to find -- after dark. No outdoor light, not first location (where reception is located). Directions weren't good ...a 5 minute walk took 1 hour to find .... then had to find a second location!
Large room. Good location near station.
One toilet shared by quite a few was within a communal bathroom so it's not too convenient. Perfumed plug in was horrible. I would avoid for that reason. Horrid cheap smell everywhere.
Nice place to stay.
Location was good
Lack of information on how far the apartment was from where you picked up the keys. Air-conditioner re-circulates internal air only - and hasn't seen a clean since installation (layers of dirt on vents). A teaspoon and two knives did not provide self catering for a family of four. Waited 40 minutes to get the key. One person managing a number of units
Big room, easy location off the train. Clean, didn't have any breakfast mostly because we were over packaged crossaints.
Receptionist was poor- no eye contact and just seemed like we were an inconvienience.. Bathroom has the potential to be very busy.
Not far from the Venezia S.L train station.
Time to check in. Check in desk is closed between 0100pm to 0330pm.
There was not any decent feature. The room was so tiny The beds were unconfortables. There was a door in the kitchen thar comunicates with another room with other guests.
The location is good. A lot of restaurants and cafés near by, close to ferrovia and piazza de Roma to go to the Airport. Small room but very clean. Shared toilets also very clean. The quality/price is good for Venice.
The receptionist shouldn't be in contact with clients. She wasn't friendly at all. Her english was not the best but there was no problem if she was nice.
Quite cheap and near the train station. As soon as you sleep on the island, everything is quickly accessible. The room is clean and good fir the price.
The first staff we met was really ackward and nearly looked at us. One of the worst service I encountered. The bathroom was quite busy (it's shared between 4 rooms I think). It is not really sound proof but was not much of an issue the nights we were there.
very helpful staff
towels were like big dish clothes
1: The place was not as shown in picture posted on booking.com 2: the A.C was not working so we had to keep the windows open and suffer from noisy neighbours and mosquito bites. 3: the safety box was locked and there was no key. 4: the second day two men rang the door bell seeking to enter, when I asked for ID one of them answered I am the owner. Anyhow , I told Mr owner about the AC and he said within one hour we will come back to fix it, but they never did and we had the same issue for the second night. 5: once I booked, it was written that some apartment has WiFi, while upon check in the lady at reception showed me a paper that No WiFi is available. 6: unpleasant and absolutely NOT FRIENDLY behaviour of the lady at reception, who almost was fighting with us upon arriving.
Good location, not the best value for the money but acceptable.
the breakfast is a joke, so dont fall for it when you make a reservation!
Reasonable location. Compared to other options that we saw, it is ok to stay by the price you pay. People at the central location were kind and gentle and intructions were given appropriately. It is on the ground level, so no stairs with the bags. Make sure that you don't carry heavy or many bags....The micro-supermarket is not far, so you may buy and store your breakfast.
If you book this place, make absolutely sure that you follow the instructions on where to the keys (read and confirm the address). It is closed during lunch time. After that, walk all the way back to the appartment you rented. No cleaning services will show up. The double beds are close (if you are on the bottom, be carefull not to hit your head). The advantage of being on the ground floor is wiped out if you consider that people will start passing early in the morning at about 5 meters from your bed, separated by the window. Bathroom space is also a challenge if you are a mid-to-big person.
Location is very close to train station There are better better and cheaper options in Venice
They don't have breakfast, 2 croissants can not be considered a breakfast. They have a coffee vending machine as well! In our room the shower space was terrible, under the stairs, if you have more than 1,75m it is not a place to you.
I didnt like the fact that I paid twice the price of the room per night. I paid 170 euro for one night, while I should pay only 85. I dont know why happened this problem but this is not fair
This place is close to the train and bus stations, a little bit far from main city attractions, but as long as it's Venice it's quite nice to have a walk through all the tiny streets and small bridges.
There was shared bathroom and the didn't have shampoo.
Good Location. Could walk there from Car park and Station in <10 mins and to St Marks Square in 25mins. So you can limit your vaporetto pass. It was very clean and spacious rooms and bathroom (they have a New Cleaner) and it was Safe And Secure. We left our Bags on the last day. We recommend, family with three kids under 12.
Breakfast is just a juice carton, packet croissant, but we knew this upfront and the price reflects this. There is a little supermarket 50m away and a kitchen with free coffee etc. so it was fine:)
Our experience in Venice was awful, everything was way more expensive than other cities... we shared rest room with other 2 families, always waited in line... and the wifi can never connect actually. But it's Venice, just the way it is...
it was located near plenty of shops and eating places.
the water smelled like sulfur. i did not like the location was down an alley. it was too far from the main sites of Venice.
Location at acceptable price
The need to check in in a different place, the below expectation breakfast
Excellent location, cozy room with all necessary amenities, few minutes walk from everywhere, a couple of very good cafes nearby. Splendid view to a channel and calla. Very friendly and attentive personnel, ideal place for extended staying. Free coffee and snacks. Enjoyed every moment.
Shared shower and bathroom, but this is understandable - the building must be over 500 years old, so it even adds to the charm in a way.
