Central location, close to everything in the historical centre of Florence (definitely walking distance to every sight). Very clean, spacious room, good bed. Room had a fridge, safe, tea/coffee facilities, armchairs & small table, TV, good bathroom, airconditioning plus lovely frescoed walls! Friendly & attentive staff as well, alway available to help you if needed. Close to good restaurants as well. Recommend 'Ciro & Sons' just nearby for a lovely quality meal. The historical centre of Florence is very noisy & the window could not be kept open at night due to street noise, but this is not specifically related to this hotel. Bring ear plugs. It's the centre of a busy city! All central hotels are like this, but it's not a major issue. |

The hotel felt like a classic old-fashioned home - in the good sense, with heavy classic furniture. It was very clean and tidy. The stuff were very nice and warm although had a poor English. Breakfast was served in the near by Italian restaurant and was very nice. The location was great, In general we enjoyed it very much. We had hard time finding the place, because street numbering is confusing, the owner insisted that it's O.K but actually the street number is 20 and not 8 as it says. |

This was a lovely place in the heart of Florence and minutes walk from everything we came for. The proprietors were delightful and friendly, the family and cosey feel very appealing and peaceful. The wall frescoes took us back to another age and added to the ambience. We would have liked more easily available internet in or near the property - the hotel system was temporarily down - and we found the included breakfast at a neighbouring cafe rather meagre for this otherwise classy and unique accomodation. |

Bellissimo. Ottima posizione in centro città, camere molto pulite, comode e con uno style unico. Staff gentilissimo. Colazione buona, ma potrebbe essere migliorata. No internet. |

la situation est très pratique, ancienne demeure florentine avec cachet particulier... salle de bain pas très propre, petit déjeûner hors de l'hôtel, ce qui en soit n'est pas excessivement dérangeant, mais servi par une personne impolie et désagréable, et consistant seulement en une boisson chaude, croissant, jus d'orange et yoghurt, sans possibilité de manger ni pain, ni salé... dommage... |

Comodissmo da raggiungere arrivando con il treno a Santa Maria Novella. Molto vicino a tutte le attrazioni artistiche. E' un appartamento di recente ristrutturazione in un palazzo antico, arredato con gusto e pulito. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione si fa in un ristorante esterno alla struttura (a 10 mt) Un po' di rumore dalla strada sottostante la mattina presto |
