Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.

The hotel is very nice and well located. The personnel is nice and it's really value for money. It is a problem if you want to check in between 13.00 and 15.30 because during those hours, the hotel is closed. |

erverything is very clean, they change towels every morning.the breaksfast is included in the price and they bring it to the bedroom.people were really kind and they have central heating. |

This is a classic style accomodation with several floors but don't let stop you. It is well maintained and very close to the central area of Siena. Many steps up to room but that is to be expected especially in an older building. |

The hotel itself was beautiful, the breakfast expansive, and all the staff very friendly, helpful, and all spoke good English. The hotel was in a great location a few steps away from the center of Siena. There were many stairs to get to our room and no elevator. |

Excellent location, just a couple minutes walk to the main square. Good service overall, and quiet too. Room and bathroom were quite small, even for European standards. They ran out of toilet paper (for about a day) and gave us napkins, which was a little strange. |

Sara was very helpful carrying my luggage up to the third floor. Did I mention there was no lift? I am not able to think of a single good thing. On the second day of my stay, I remained in my room until 1 working on some writings. When I wanted to shower and go out, no hot water. I called the front desk and was told it would be back on at 2:30. I washed up and went out. The following morning there still wasn't any hot water. |

What a lovely building! Many original historical features mean you experience Siena as near to how it might have felt. The lovely balconies and charming courtyard garden will lure as back to one of the most beautiful cities we have visited. The faded charm is possibly an extra plus - but might not suit everyone. We liked it! |

Close to large car park (expensive) and city wall. Good location to see Siena - 5 minutes' walk from centre - but also quiet and secure. Interesting building and attractively decorated room. Next to fairly expensive but nice restaurant. The en-suite was very cramped and smelled rather bad when we were there but this was the only thing we did not like. No lift could be a problem - access to room via stairs only. |

great location,slightly tired but full of charm,we had room no 1 which had a small terrace which we ate breakfast on in the sun over looking the roof tops.Loved the place and would go back again. The mattress was like a plank of wood,a new one would be great. |

The atmosphere of the place and its location. I do not think this hotel would be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as there are many staairs to climb. Mind you the same comment applies to the whole of Siena! |

Unique Hotel. Excellent position to the heart of Sienna.Privacy and quite. Clean rooms and helpfull staff. Need proper cups to make a hot drink.They only leave plastic ones out. |

I was able to enjoy the true feeling of Siena. The breakfast was lovely and it was fun to eat on the patio and watch a local celebration of the areas Patron Saint on Sunday morning with church bells ringing and the drummers drumming, flag tossing. I excepcted it to be nicer in its finish, but in the end, the charm of the the area outweighed the missing luxary. |

If you want a relatively cheap stay near the Campo this is ok. However, the building is something of a warren and very bad if you have heavy cases to carry up endless flights of stairs. Staff are only available at certain times of day. Breakfast very poor, even though it is delivered to your room. If you know Siena, you could do much better. The room was large, but no window, only a door to a communal terrace. Bathroom had seen better times!! |

This hotel had position, position, position for going to anywhere in the city.The building was fascinating with its old cavernous rooms, balaconies and terrace garden.The tv had channels in English. The only problem was the mattresses were very hard. |

Very little Whilst the bedroom itself was an attractive vaulted room, the shower room and toilet facilities were medieval. Arrangements for breakfasts were totally unsatisfactory. The hotel is not suitable for any elderly or even slightly handicapped visitor since accommodation is spread over five floors and there is no elevator. |

Nice & clean but not modern at all. It is a 13th century monastary though, right? It's very central and how many hotels that you stay in your life are going to have frescoes on the ceiling? (Ours did, room 3) If you arive between 12-3 there is no one there to check you in |

Location is very close to Piazza del Campo. View from our room (suite) is right over the city. Small, intimate hotel. Breakfast delivered to your room. No rush to check out. Desk is only open in the morning and late afternoon/early evening. Which means you have to carry the bulky keys out with you in the evening. 2nd bathroom (we had a suite) had the toilet in the shower stall. Lots of steps (normal for Siena). |
