1) Accueil : nos reservations perdues on nous a attribuée une suite de 2 chambres au lieu de 2 chambre avec sdb, à 19h30 fin de l'accueil et plus personne avant le lendemain 9h00 2) une suite sale - poussière non faite 3) une literie de mauvaise qualité tant les matelats que les sommiers 4) des 2 sdb de la suite une seule accessible ?? aux dimensions ridicules 5) draps de bains pour 2 et non trois et de petite qualités 6) accès malaisé avec des bagages : loin d'un parking, sur tois niveau En conclusion les siècles ne justifient pas de manquer au B A BA de l'acceuil en chambre d'hotes. Nous deconseillons cette expérience

Simplement parfait, ultra bien situé, très propre, un peu de rêve dans cet ancien Palazzio.... Merci ++++++++++

Very interesting and quirky 13th century accomodation. We stayed in room 9 which was very spacious and had a nice balcony on which to eat breakfast which was served in the room. Room had a safe and fridge. Shower good. Situated only five minute stroll from Piazza il Campo.

No lift in hotel so not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Breakfast was very basic. In my opinion a little expensive for what you got.

This hotel is ideally situated. It is clean and friendly with adequate facilties. Good value for centre of siena.. No bar or restaurant but 'snack' breakfast served in room. Quiet rooms with views..

Room was very large with a separate sitting room with small kitchenette (basically just a sink, table and cabinets). Breakfast was served in the room and was quite nice (yogurt, croissants, coffee, and some juice).

The shower was difficult to use because it was very small even by European standards. Lots of steps to get to room.

Very thin sound-transparent bedroom doors... Tiny bathroom with rusty spots not nice at all. Reception very seldom on duty

The bathrooms. Noise level from the street. The covers on the bed were old and tired. The bedside lamps need upgrading. We had to change rooms as the first room had used bed sheets and rubbish lying on the table.

The palace and its location (very close to Piazza del Campo), the staff kindness and helpfulness, the garden.

Rooms facing Via Duprè are disadvantaged due to the meeting point (bar) located just down the hotel. Too much noise during the night, particularly in the weekend.

Very old building (17th century), with a lot of flair. Small stairs, nice rooms with partly stone walls, nice terrasse for everybody, quite, close to piazza el campo and il duomo. Breakfast served directly in the room. friendly staff. good value for money.

Very classic building inside the city walls of Siena. Great architecture. About 5 minute walk from city square. The room we stayed in was a two bedroom suite and very spacious.

Locating the hotel was a challenge for us. It is pedestrian only inside the city walls and the address does not come up correctly on google maps nor mapquest. Had to ask 5 local shops for directions to finally get there. Parking on metered streets was all we could find. It was a 15 minute walk with bags once we found the hotel.

Очень понравился сам отель в плане интерьера.Интерьер 14 века.Такое впечатление, что живешь в замке.Рядом все достопримечательности.

Плохое обслуживание в том смысле,что ресепшен работает с 9 до 13 и с 15.30 до 19.00.Не успел-ночуй на улице.При мне женщина из Англии приехала в начале второго и 2 часа сидела с сумками у входа, так как у них сиеста?!?Никакого швейцара, как написано в booking.com нет и в помине. На рядом стоянке стоять нельзя, так как она только для местных. Девочка на ресепшене пыталась нам втюхать карточку для стоянки за 15 Евро. Не берите- это развод. Стоянка недалеко и намного дешевле

Wir empfehlen die Residenza nur wegen ihrer Lage, sonst war alles am unteren Limit: die Heizung war nicht im Betrieb, das Frühstück, das auf's Zimmer gebracht wurde bestand aus einer Tasse mit schlechtem Kaffe und Zwieback... No comment ! Und die überraschung am späteren Abend war, das der uns abgegebene Schlüssel für die Hoteleingangstüre nicht passte... Penibel ein solcher Service.
