Accueil attentionné, personnel souriant et professionnel . Villa superbe, au cadre reposant; Une des meilleures pana cota que je n ai jamais mangé. Il manque peu de chose pour que ce soit parfait.

Dans notre chambre il manque un petit réfrigérateur ( bien agréable par ces fortes chaleurs) et la literie n'est pas excellente.

Thank you for a memorable stay, we were given a beautiful domed room with a baloney overlooking a private garden roof terrace. This unique, charming hotel had the most lovely, helpful receptionist that had remembered that it was our 25th Anniversary and surprised us with champagne and variety of nuts.We feel very privileged to have stayed at this lovely old hotel in the heart of Siena. The view from our room was amazing. It was huge too!

Breakfast was beyond ordinary... I cut my arm in the shower on a broken soap holder & when I mentioned it to the concierge so it could be fixed, she told me I could have used the other shower! (the other shower was just a sheer head in a toilet! No sympathy or apology.

The bathrooms. Noise level from the street. The covers on the bed were old and tired. The bedside lamps need upgrading. We had to change rooms as the first room had used bed sheets and rubbish lying on the table.

The best was our beautiful private balcony, our nice continental breakfast, and the cheerful breakfast server. Bon appitite!

The worst part was the inconvenient hours for the front desk operation. They were closed when we arrived at 1 pm (they did leave a key taped to the door) and were not open ay 8 am when we were in a hurry to check out. When Sara was there, she was charming and very helpful.

Very old building (17th century), with a lot of flair. Small stairs, nice rooms with partly stone walls, nice terrasse for everybody, quite, close to piazza el campo and il duomo. Breakfast served directly in the room. friendly staff. good value for money.

the shower was not really clean and the breakfast was really basic.

Very classic building inside the city walls of Siena. Great architecture. About 5 minute walk from city square. The room we stayed in was a two bedroom suite and very spacious.

Locating the hotel was a challenge for us. It is pedestrian only inside the city walls and the address does not come up correctly on google maps nor mapquest. Had to ask 5 local shops for directions to finally get there. Parking on metered streets was all we could find. It was a 15 minute walk with bags once we found the hotel.

La posizione e la struttura ricavata da un'antica costruzione.

Da dove cominciare? La stanza era sporca, sotto al letto era possibile trovare, oltre a nutriti gomitoli di polvere, le cartacce buttate dagli ospiti precedenti, sintomo che nessuno aveva spazzato da diverso tempo. Mancava la carta igienica, dopo averla richiesta alla reception ( attiva solo qualche ora al giorno ), non è stata portata... Il bagno, visto le dimensioni, è sconsigliato a persone più alte di 1,75mt. La colazione, portata in camera, è veramente pessima ed esigua. Sotto all'hotel c'è un pub, il cui avventori non si curano della presenza dell'hotel e del fatto che qualcuno alle 5 del mattino potrebbe voler dormire. La caldaia è situata a fianco delle camere, ogni volta che si accende tutta la stanza comincia a vibrare. La struttura è fortemente sconsigliata a disabili e persone con problemi motori. Fortemente sconsigliato con l'attuale gestione dell'hotel

Bagno minuscolo , adatto per bambini.

La location è splendida. Lo staff è molto cordiale!!
