Featuring a panoramic terrace, the family-run Albergo Bernini is set in a historic building in the centre of Siena. A typical Italian breakfast, with hot drinks, juice and pastries, is offered daily.
Score from 312 reviews Wonderful
Just 130 ft from Siena’s Piazza del Campo, B&B Il Corso is on the second floor of a 16th-century building. It offers free Wi-Fi and elegant rooms with a satellite flat-screen TV.

The 3-star Albergo Chiusarelli is close to Siena Bus Station. Rooms have been completely renovated according to NeoClassical style. A buffet breakfast is served daily.
Score from 772 reviews Very good
Staying at Residenza d'Epoca Il Casato is like stepping into a time machine into the Middle Ages but with comfortable central heating, a comfy clean bed, antique vaulted ceilings and lovely views over a magical courtyard with statues and a fountain. The staff are friendly & very helpful - one even lent me her personal umbrella when it was raining. The breakfast was generous and TV & Wifi good.
The bathroom was a little small but it is an ancient building and everything worked and you had all you needed.
Very helpfull staff. Very good location. I shall really go back there again
They need new pillows
Location, and size of bedroom.
Bathroom was very small especially the shower.
pleasing place with kind and helpful staff, cozy garden, wonderful inner spaces and tasty breakfast served directly to the room.
The ambiance of the hotel Rooms were attractively decorated The terrace was peaceful breakfast was plentiful
The hotel is located on a steep hill then you have to climb stairs after you get there The bathrooms need updating, could hardly shut the shower as the door was off the (broken track) and the glass shelf over the sink was tilted down and wouldn't hold anything
- Spacious room - Good location - Relatively good price - Free breakfast - Free Wifi - Beautiful garden - Your own keys to building
- Old, outlived and schmuzig - In real need of renovation - Girl at reception didn't speak English very well and wasn't too friendly. -Tiniest bathroom ever. So narrow we had to kind of walk with our backs to the wall and dry ourselves in-between the toilet and the bidet - Nobody at the reception around noon (nor at night) - Thin walls/floors
Charming small hotel in former palazzo with street access from both ground and third floors, due to hilly terrain. Ideally placed in the medieval centre of Siena, within three or four minutes' walk of Il Campo. Several good restaurants nearby, including one next door. Intriguing terrace garden at first floor level. Breakfast is simple but adequate, served in room or terrace garden. Very friendly reception staff.
En suite bathroom facilities are cramped but functional.
Loved the unexpected Renaissance decoration. Real character at a budget price. Perfect location, easy to walk anywhere. Generous breakfast brought to your room. Brilliant shower.
Dodgy wifi. Did not work in room. Only sometimes worked in second floor foyer.
Good location, value for money, nice staff, quiet streets, interesting atmosphere, good breakfast and lovely outside spaces. There were nice spaces for small children to play.
Not sure I like a place where there is no one at reception over night. You are dependent on the good behavior of other guests. If you are relaxed about this then thats OK. Bathrooms need a serious makeover.
Nicely located in the Old Town without being too close to the main square. Loved the antiquity of the place and the decor was great...awesome ceiling painting! No problems at all.
Tne shower was very tiny and the toilet flush could probably do with an upgrade - but none of it was enough to complain about.
Very good location close to Piazza del Campo, but it´s not enough to recommend the place to anyone.
Terrible style, everything falls apart, lots of dust, uncomfortable beds, three floors of stairs to reach a small dirty room, the bathroom is too small, there was one towel for 2 guests. Very bad standard all in all.
Situated some minutes to the duomo and campo to walk. Great old house with interesting common rooms and a lovely garden. Parking posibilitynot far streets to the door historic and narrow, so it is easier to park at first.
small balcony from which we could see swifts flying over city in evening
(i) room cramped by inserting bathroom into bedroom (ii) reception unattended (iii) breakfast stale and low quality served in bedroom (iv) very noisy street outside (v) worst value hotel out of the seven we stayed in
Location central, balcony overlooking garden a great bonus. Deco faded glamour which appealed to us.
Difficult to find even after two previous visits as hotel is located on two separate streets. Bath room quite tight on space.
Good location. Great big rooms. Large terrace. Great for family. Close to il campo parking. However €35 a day parking is an unbelievable price. Very clean room and hotel. Staff very helpful. The patio areas are great apart from the pigeons lol x would recommend for short stay as Not much to do in Siena.
No breakfast bar. Fridge in room not working. More detailed instructions needed to location of hotel as only found the other entrance/exit first and not the main reception entrance as didn't realise there were two entrances/exits. However would not have been a problem if the staff were at the hotel to open the door when we pressed the intercom as we arrived at 6:30 and the staff said they would be there until 7:30pm. No air con.
Being in a fantastic old building and having breakfast in our room
Noise from the street on saturday night
The location was excellent and the building was magnificent. We were two women travelling together and although we booked a twin room we were fortunate to be given a family room with separate rooms and bathrooms. What a luxury.
The shower did not drain well. The breakfast was fairly basic. Otherwise a very comfortable stay and I would use it again.
I loved this place; it's crazy in its layout but with ceiling paintings and a wonderful marble floor upstairs. Our room had a small balcony where we had breakfast.
Nothing really. Breakfast was not very good but the girl who brought it was delightful and we didn't really care - nor having to compete with the pigeons at breakfast!
Great location, just a few minutes from the Campo.
Confusion about the two entrances.
our room, price, our amazing courtyard, location, the building, decor. and we received a free upgrade!
to carry our heavy luggage upstairs :). brafast could improve a little bit
You live in a hotel as of the middle age - but good, silent, and you may have a superior view at the town. Pay attention that the hotel has doors to 2 streets of rather different altitude!
The breakfast is a mixture of an Italian and a middle european one.
Great location. So friendly. Breakfast in bed included. Lovely terrace garden.
Perfect location and very friendly staff. Breakfast on our own balcony in the morning.
The lady at the reception, unfortunately I don't remember her name, was very kind and helping. The palace is wonderful, quiet and close to the center.
Shower cabin wasn't clean enough and there was dust behind the refrigerator. WiFi was weak in the rooms of upper floors.
