Beautiful Italian woman "Adda" sp? at check-in was charming and very helpful, even with language barrier. Great location a block and a half from Campo, easy to find. price was highest I paid whole trip in Italy. |

the proximity to il Campo was definitely a highlight. The staff was very friendly. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here! reaching the hotel was tricky. If you are not familiar with Sienna, or do not have an excellent cab driver, it would be easy to miss, particularly after-hours when the landmark of the florist is closed and the hotel is not well-marked. Also, the climb to the top of the building could prove challenging for a less fit guest. |

My 21 year old son & I (mother) shared the corner room which was perfect - queen plus single beds. table & chairs where we had lunch one day, good bathroom, great views over the rooftops & room to move. The owner spoilt my son with extras and despite the language barrier we had wonderful animated conversations - about what we're not sure! Great location & Nanini's opposite. Lift wasn't working so carrying luggage up 3 floors was testing. |

Friendly staff, ease of access to all the sights in Siena, comfortable room. The lift was not working for the whole week!!! And the hotel is on the third floor!!! |

Excellent location, nice bathroom. Had to turn your key in everytime you left. They also locked up the doors earlier (9pm) then they stated they would (12:30am). |

the decoration and the distance to the historical center the breakfast. it was very very poor. beside this, in the morning, there was a staff who cannot speak english, although she tried to help us, we had a serious problem about leaving siena, as she could not understand us, could not help about our problem. |

Thank goodness there was an elevator! Great location! Beautiful room & decorated to give it "old world" feel. Very nice. As travelers we always hope for some prunes at breakfast. Maybe the suggestion can be made so they can offer this. |

Fantastic rooms-lots of character. Fantastic location in the city centre. Photos on the website do not do the rooms justice-nicer than it looks Breckfast was a little limited, breckfast staff were brusque. |
