Though they have a very helpful information sheet with directions and
parking options, it needs to be printed out to be useful and was not
possible on our one night roadtrip with only an iPhone and the clothes
on our backs...You have been warned.
Andrea, the helpful English-speaking front desk staff member, stayed
late as we tried to find cheap parking (not easy, if not impossible) and
our way to this very centrally located Siena hotel. He made sure that we
had everything we needed and directed us to a good restaurant upon our
arrival. Our room was clean, comfortable, and neat. Toiletries were
provided and a mini-bar was available. Breakfast was delicious (fresh
pastries), cheerully served (cappuccino made to order), and lovely (yes,
LOVELY--American hotels, you could learn a few things).
