Great location to all the tourist sites of Rome. Fantastic breakfast room and service. Having a kettle in room a bonus! Noisy at times eg early moring staff moving around. Poor road directions for accessing hotel by car. |

Breakfest was good. Bathroom was way too small, shower did not drain well, no tub around the shower so when the shower was on, it, soaked up the bathroom floor. |

I enjoyed the tea/coffee maker in our room, the afternoon cakes/cookies in lounge, the use of a computer with internet access in the lounge, the comfortable chair in our room, the location of the hotel. We had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel from the street. It was our first trip to Italy. We didn't realize that some hotels are located in buildings on the 2nd or 3rd floor. There was a button at the entry way though that clearly stated Residenza Frattina. If the hotel would just let guests know ahead of time of how the enter, that would be great. |

An excellent central location to base yourself for all the sights in Rome, a small 10-room residence with a very personal service, only a 5- minute walk to the Spanish Steps, 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 15 minutes from the Pantheon and a relaxing 30-minute walk to the Colisseum or Vatican. One minor complaint was the noise - the room faced out onto the street and we discovered that Romans collect their waste and clean the streets every night and during the middle of the night. If you can live with this, everything else was perfect. |

The only problem is the insuficient acoustic isolation - between the rooms as well as between the rooms and the corridor. the hotel is a small, private and very comfort residence. The location is just perfect, the very centre of the town. The service is very good: mini bar included, very clean, very intime, the stuff is there for you! I recomend to everyone! there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of bags it could be hard to take it to the second floor! |
