homy and nice location. the owner Robert is so nice to change the bigger room for us since we claim that the one was too small for our stuffs. the air condition needs to be fixed for it loudly noice, it made us sleep not well enough.

Clean rooms, warm water in the shower, nice cosy room. Breakfast was basic with toast, yoghurt, jams, nutella, cereals, juice and some ready packed cakes. The coffee was actually the best I had during our trip. The staff (only one man) was really nice. The beds were a bit too hard for my taste. Maybe some cheese would have been nice in the breakfast. The check-in was maybe a bit weird, since when we came to the hotel, there was a paper taped to the nametag outside with a key and instructions in it, so anyone could go upstairs and into the vacant room with the key, but I guess that was not really a problem, only a bit weird.

La posizione dell'albergo in zona tranquilla e molto comoda per tutto, con in più la vista del Teatro Comunale famoso anche per il Maggio fiorentino.Il buon guston nell'arredamento della camera e la familiarità dell'atmosfera in tutto.

Lugar acogedor, el personal que trabaja allí da una buena atencion, esta bien ubicado para poder moverte y es un lugar tranquilo. Buen desayuno. La cama supletoria que ponen en una habitacion de 3, el colchon y el somier estan en mal estado y no se descansa bien, seria aconsejable que lo cambiaran. No le vendria mal una mano de pintura a las estancias.

Excelente concepto, una residencia con 5 habitaciones muy acogedoras, parece que estás en tu casa. Los dueños que atienden en el desayuno muy amables y un café capuccino delicioso. Un buen hotel a buen precio y en pleno Florencia.

b & b proprio di fronte al teatro comunale infatti l'avevamo scelto proprio perchè dovevamo assistere ad un concerto . Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo anche se tornando chiederei una camera con la finestra la nostra era senza ci sembrava impossibile!

il s'agit d'un b&b alors que je pensais réserver dans 1 hotel ! mais cela dit c'est une bonne expérience, un très bon accueil, petit dèj un peu léger si l'on compare au buffet dans un hotel, en revanche idéalement situé et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme super reposant pour la nuit ! chambre correcte sauf le lit pour enfant (11ans) le matelas était hyper mou et lit d'appoint à roulettes mais bon...

Buona la posizione e I servizi della struttura (internet wifi, aria condizionata, bagno privato e servizio elettronico di accesso con codice di sicurezza). Discreto anche l'edificio che ospita il b&B. Assolutamente la pulizia della stanza (pavimento, tappeti e copriletto) lascia molto a desiderare. Altro aspetto negativo che il proprietario arriva alle 7 e 40 e fà rumore mentre prepara la colazione. Si sente tutto essendo le camere attaccate al soggiorno. Colazione molto scarsa.
