The location was great, close to the American Embassy so the road was spotless and police guarded! It is a 15 minute stroll along the river to the centre. |

The friendliness and knowledgeable owner was able to recommend restaurants etc and places to visit. I think it would help if there were a more continental feel to the breakfast(ie fresh croissants/fresh bread). |

the host and hostess are very very nice and friendly, and the location is a little bit hard to find but in a very quiet area. i like this hotel very much! thank u! our room didn't have window. |

This B&B is on the first floor and there is no elevator,but in hotel description there wasn't any notification about this. |

Our room was large with a small balcony which we enjoyed. The hotel is located on a quiet street and is an excellent location. The proprietor was very friendly and most helpful. |

la limpieza, la atencion, al estar cerca de las embajadas, hay un policia en cada esquina, y enfrente tiene un teatro. los 15 minutos que lo separan del centro se hacen duros a la vuelta despues de todo el dia de turismo por el centro |

lo que más nos gustó es que el precio en comparación con otros alojamientos de florencia era barato y no está tan apartado como dicen en la web. andando al Ponte Veccio no se tarda ni diez minutos El desayuno no es lo que todos entendemos por buffet, sino más bien es un desayuno continental |

La habitacion estaba reciclada a nuevo y con unmuy buen gusto decorada y limpia. El desayuno muy abundante y variado y de gran calidad. Esta un poco alejado del centro. |

Proprio davanti al Teatro Comunale, basta uscire di camera pochi minuti prima dell'inizio della performance. Camera tranquilla e pulita. Il personale è gentile e cordiale. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare: assente il salato e le paste fresche (solo qualche merendino confezionato); la frutta era presente ma di pessima qualità. |

Lugar muy confortable y bien atendido. El precio nos pareció algo elevado tratándose de una residencia un tanto alejada del centro. La zona está muy bien (zona de embajadas) pero no era tan cerca como esperabamos. |
