it looks like a motel or hour hotel than a real hotel. The price is so high compare to given service. Noisy at night due to other guess made. |

1) it advertised free wi fi coverage throughout the entire complex,but we had no signal from our room( which was actually the closest to the hub) infact the system was very basic for home computer meaning it only worked if you were within a few feet of the hub. |

Located in a very quite area in the country. Bus ride a minimum of 30 minutes from near main train station. More than 60 minutes during heavy trafic. 5 minute walk up hill from bus station to hotel. Might consider staying here if I had a car to drive. Room smelled bad at times. |

The staff were helpful, and the setting is very peaceful in the countryside. Recommend staying here if you have a car, as could be difficult to get to otherwise. Sunny spot, not far from Rome or Tivoli. Free parking and wifi access. Excellent hot chocolates from vending machine!! |

Proximity to Rome and Tivoli. Quiet location with a pretty garden No personal touch- no owner/management on site - boring breakfasts - pool could be cleaner - neighbours chickens ensured plenty of flies- shuttle bus to Metro not free as advertised and limited in number and time. |

Didn't use it much (just stayed for the night), but the outdoor area seamed nice. It was easy to get to Rome with Car. The room wasn't clean. The shower was jammed and got flooded (which was the worst). We didn't use extra blankets because it had pee stains. They wanted more money for one extra towel. It was hard to get a service because the staff hardly speaks English. |

it was far enough from the busy of the town but close to Rome at the same time. It was quiet, close to the nature in the country side. They do not speak English very well and the bathroom is too small... |

Assolutamente nulla struttura in assoluto abbandono (cosa da terzo mondo) muffa da per tutto, materazzi con molle, cancello passocarraio rotto, nessuno per portare valigie,colazione dalle ore otto alle dieci, con briosce incartate, etc, etc....in parole povere albergo da evitare assolutamente. |

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam. Ondanks dat de bar gesloten was in mei (blijkbaar nog voorseizoen) ging het personeel voor ons een fles wijn en wat bier elders halen (bij de buren) , zodat we toch wat konden drinken. Het ontbijt was mierezoet: veel gebak, cake, ed. Er was nauwelijks brood. We hebben zelf brood gekocht en op de kamer gegeten. De kamer was eenvoudig,het stonk er, de bedden zakten door en de minikoelkast deed het alleen als je er was (dus overdag uit). Verder was het er erg gehorig. |

Velmi vstřícný a pohodový personál. Ubytování a zařízení pokoje bylo pěkné s níže uvedenou výhradou. Velmi klidné prostředí a pěkná zahrada. Po celodením chození po městě výborná změna. Při příští návštěvě Říma se zde určitě ubytujeme. Ubytování bylo pěkné, dojem kazily velmi tenké zdi mezi pokoji, naprosto všechno bylo slyšet. Snídaně byla 3x stejná, strávit zde více nocí než tři, už bychom na ní ani nešli. Nicméně tomu odpovídala i velmi slušná cena za celkové ubytování. Pro méně náročné cestovatele mohu doporučit, kdo hledá větší luxus bude zklamán. |
