nice shower, nice nature WiFi is only inside the main building, Kitchen works not every day, and the nearest shop/restaurant is 15 minutes away from the hotel, location - it is several km far from Rome, so you are limited by the buses timetable

L'ambiance est bon enfant. L'endroit est calme et une petite pizzeria tres acceuillante se trouve dans la résidence même...Distributeurs de boissons chaudes et froides a disposition...Possibilité de manger sur place dans une salle accessible non stop. Notre chambre n'était séparée de la chambre voisine que par une mince cloison..Et certaines personnes sont très bruyantes! Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas classés deux étoiles! Pain de mie, confiture, beurre...Idem pendant 5 jours! sans parler du café! mais on peut l'accomoder avec de l'eau chaude...Dommage...

Location tranquillissima e vicina a Guidonia, ideale come punto di appoggio. Il personale è assolutamente improvvisato, ma la camera era pulita e spaziosa, ben arredata. Fare colazione è un esperienza buffa e indimenticabile, provare per credere!

Ma sinceramente la posizione sulla collina, la struttura avevo letto le recensioni e mi sono preparata al peggio, che poi cosi peggio nn lo è stato, l'unica cosa I materassi dei letti, io mi sono portata il sacco a pelo.

Beaux espaces extérieurs et beaux jardins Le matelas des chambres ! on sentais les ressorts sous notre dos ! Le petit déjeuner était très simple (pratiquement rien) si on avait su on ne l'aurai pas pris, le café n'était pas bon surement réchauffé de la veille...

Nic. Jedynie posciel I reczniki byly czyste I swieze. Bylo brudno , byl balagan. Poaza brudnymi podlogami lepiacymi sie z lawkami I stolami nie wyciernym od dawna kurzem to nawet w szafach byly pajaczyny. Okno bylo niwiarygodnie brudne. W kuchni dostepnej dla gosci wszystko bylo bardzo brudne. Osoba z obslugi caly czas byla zajeta przegladaniem stro w internecie I ogladaniem filmow w tv. W jadalni dla gosci bla rozlozona deska do prasowania I ulozone strty recznikow I poscieli do prasowania.

Difficile da raggiungere perchè mal segnalato : manca un' insegna sufficientemente leggibile lungo via Palombara e addirittura non c'è la indicazione della toponomastica stradale con il nome della via che, nessuno peraltro conosce.Sarebbe opportuno avvisare che non c'è in dotazione il sapone che bisogna acquistare.Nella notte puzza di fogna proveniente forse dal bagno.La colazione si presenta scarsa se non ci si alza per primi, anche se a pagamento. In generale struttura abbastanza decadente.

E' un luogo lontano dalla città dove ti colpisce il silenzio, la calma, la quiete. E molto accogliente grazie alle sue camere piccole rifinite con la massima cura e sparse nel prato verde.E' Comodo per soggiornarvi ma un pò difficile da raggiungere vista la localizzazione nella periferia, ma basta chiamare un taxi o prendere un autobus ke passa a 300 matri dalla villa per essere in pochi minuti in città!complimenti....ci ritornerò

Solo il Prezzo Tutto un pò vecchio soprattutto il materasso, nel bagno nn trovi neanche il sapone, colazione 3€ inesistente, lo sconsiglio ma per una sola notte può anche andare bene.
